  “Everything ! Staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We loved the little dim light, the YouTube and Netflix access on the TV, the large mattress, not too soft, not too hard. We had two windows so the atmosphere of the room was very cocooning.”

  “Room was not a bad size by Japan standards. Very comfortable. Interesting lighting with controls on bedheads. Also USB ports beside each side of the bed with lots of power points. Ice machine, microwave and coin operated laundry on second floor. Close to shops restaurants and the station.”

  “New facilities, clean. Good service. Amenities kit at lobby was a bonus, it has extras that u don't find in other hotel e.g. drip coffee bags, hair oil The drip coffee was v popular n quite nice Bathroom was well designed, plenty of space for shower n bathtub.”
