“The room was very nice, big with a beautiful view!!! It was raining cats and dogs, the recepcionist allow us to enter the room 3 hours before, I am very grateful for that. We could enjoy the landscape from the room until the weather was better. There are amenities, the staff speaks english, the hotel is very close to the station and in front of the main atractions.”
“Very nice hotel with nice equipment in the room.
The receptionist Morimoto anticipated my needs with remarkable efficiency and courtesy. As a hotel manager, I am convinced that her admirable sense of service is a valuable asset to this establishment.
FYI : it's not a European spa but a Japanese bath.”

“Good place to stay near the old town of Kurashiki. We booked a double room, which is set in another building next to the main accommodation. The coffee we had for breakfast was delicious!”
“Very nice hostel, good location and cosy vibes. The rooms are great with lots of privacy & space for each bed. Showers are nice. The café downstairs is also lovely.”
“We felt very well cared for. The place is very clean, comfy and well located. If you love crafts, you’ll be very happy here as all the dishes are hand made and sold in the art gallery.”
“The location of the hostel is excellent, the staff very welcoming and helpful and the private room bigger than most hotels in Japan. The shared toilet & shower room was very clean and had all the facilities you need. The sandwich and coffee at breakfast time was delicious and the atmosphere in the bar hostel (where the breakfast is served) is amazing. One of the best stays in Japan!”
“A beautiful and unusual hotel (converted cotton mill) with high ceilings and unique decor, set in large grounds. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
The surrounding district is quaint and of historical interest with lovely shops, cafes, museums and art galleries. As pretty as Kyoto but without all the crowds!”
“Beautiful home in a great location in lovely Kurashiki”
“Amazing stay”
