the only issue is booking company as you didn’t calculate the total cost as the previous booking with Landmark hotel and such had caused issues with hotel management and created unnecessary hassle

Sometimes the staff was a little to friendly. You don't need to have somebody come by your table every two minutes to check if everything is okay. This is a luxury problem of course.

Perfect place to start our vacation in Jordan. Great service, food and facilities, exactly what you expect from Marriott. Gurlie and her staff were incredible.

.Everyday the cleaning stuff forget something, one day was the slippers, the other day the towels, the next day the shower caps, or the bottles of water.is not that they didn't bring us as soon as we call the concierge, but really you didn't expect that in a Marriott hotel.and the most annoying is that every day they keep throwing our pyjamas over the luggage instead of leaving on the bad , or chair or any surface cleaner than the luggages!!!

The location is good, as well as the restaurants in the hotel and the outside pool.

Location was not bad, but not walking distance from anywhere significant for travellers.

I did not like the security check every time you want to go out and enter, not feeling comfortable with that, especially since you are one of the guests and every time they ask you the same question!!

My mattress was a little lumpy, which was quite uncomfortable for me, and also the air conditioning unit was confusing to use. I also think the quality of their breakfast could definitely be better. Maybe another small suggestion would be to have some dedicated times where only women are allowed in the pool?

The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, very beautiful and also situated in a prime location in Amman. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to help whenever, especially when we would ring them everyday to ask for cutlery/bowls/cups, etc. Very responsive and kind. Great level of security, with each taxi we called being vetted before entry into the hotel, which made the travelling experience for us much safer and secure, as we were all women. The hotel's facilities were also excellent - we used the gym, sauna, steam room and pool, and we loved every minute of it! Really great facilities in the hotel. Overall, I am incredibly impressed with my stay here, and if I was ever to come back to Amman, I would make sure to stay at the Marriott!

I booked the 3 rooms including breakfast....when checking in the front manager told us it was not included. when I explained that when I booked it was specifically mentioned that the fair was "breakfast included" he said ok and promised that breakfast was included.... this morning when I checked out, I was charged for 3 breakfasts....I told the front manager however, he said that it was impossible and he did not believe that the front manager (yesterday) promised that breakfast was included...I paid for the 3 breakfasts...had no choice.....
