It need to be more careful with the cleaning and the bed sheets but they change fast when I mentioned, and also I had to wake the stuff early in the morning because the garage door was closed and I had to go to the work maybe for security purposes I had my car inside

I think the apartment can be a little bit more clean it was clean like 9 from 10 ... The bed is a little bit noisy the TV channels there's too many channels that didn't work and I love watching TV. it's only required an update I will come here again and again ..thanks BTW it's worth the money. Finally it's a good experience,😁😁😁😁😀😀😀😀😀

They provide towels per request, cleanliness also happens only when you request. No shampoo or shower Gel is provided, you need to buy all what is needed for your stay. But overall, it's a good stay and a very good and nice staff.

Staff were nice and co-operative, especially Ahmad, lotfi and all others. Apartment was clean, also location is near to the lively Almadina Almonawra Street.

There was an issue with being given the wrong apartment when we arrived but this was soon rectified. Whilst there is a stovetop the kitchen isn't really suitable for cooking as there is very limited worktop space. (But then who needs to cook with all those restaurants on your doorstep!,)

The apartment is in a great location in Amman, away from the madness and noise of Downtown. It was very easy and affordable to get an Uber to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment block is fairly modern and is located literally seconds away from a wide range of fast food outlets and restaurants. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was spacious and comfortable. The bed linen and towels were super clean and the bed very comfortable. Alan and Christine were great hosts, they were friendly and helpful and always available if required.

The apartment is quite clean and has most important stuff for living. The kitchen with all its stuff are available including, microwave. The bathroom water is hot, which is good in winter. The location is fine like there is some restaurants and markets nearby. The neighbourhood is quite. The staff mr. Alaa and Cristen are lovely, cheerful and nice. They had to change the bed sheets and cover to new ones. The only missing thing is the hairdryer. I recommend booking this apartment.

The room was small and all its details were intertwined, and it was impossible to open the window due to the intense noise... It was a bad experience for me

The staff barely talked to me: I had to find out how the boiler works by myself. I have no idea if they really offer breakfast, because nobody mentioned it. When I arrived, the toilet flush wasn’t working and I had to fix it and the boiler was turned off, so there was no hot water for a while. Also the position is quite far from Jabal Amman and the Citadel, although for me was perfect, because my friends live right next to the building.

It a cheap solution relatively close to Mecca St. . Al - Munawara St. is also known as “hungry people street”, which gives the idea of how many restaurants there are nearby. The appartment is actually spacious and bright and may be comfortable even for longer stays. It has a kitchenette, microwawe, fridge, kettle and both a dining and living area, so pretty nice indeed.

The cleaning was very superficial and some parts were not cleaned at all. The fridge had rotten food of which the smell was very strong once I opened it. There was hair on the pillows and stains on the bed sheets. The shower was also not cleaned with remains from previous client. There was dust behind the bed when I tried to look for an electrical outlet close to it. The personal I met at the location for check-in was very unprofessional and it's not the same person you would have reached on WhatsApp. He had no idea that I was arriving and asked too many questions instead of checking immediately with the owner. They gave only one single towel of a poor quality, none for the hands or the floor and even though I asked for an additional one they never brought it. If you are a foreigner visiting the city without a car this location is not for you.

The bed was comfortable and it's more spacious than a hotel room. It's possible to make it completely dark which is appreciated for sleeping.
