The AC did not work, thank God for the ceiling fan in the bedroom. The ceiling fan as you enter the area blew hot air all night. The lights did not work in that area either. I thought I was getting a small fridge but there was no fridge, kettle, iron... nothing. The bathroom was equipped with a toilet paper that was half way through and that was it for that with 2 hotel size bar soaps. Thats all. Behind the bed had an empty skittles wrapper.

While I had high expectations based on the hotel's advertising and online reviews, my experience fell far short of what was promised. Specifically, I encountered the following issues: The room was not clean and tidy upon arrival, with visible dust and dirt on surfaces and a strong odor in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was backed up! The bed was uncomfortable and creaky, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The hotel's amenities, such as the pool and fitness center, were not well-maintained and not accessible during our stay. The hotel's staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, with a general attitude of indifference towards guests' concerns. Moreover, I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with a young lady at the front desk who was very rude and shouted at me when I approached her with my concerns. This level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and exacerbated an already disappointing experience. I had expected a comfortable and relaxing stay at the Spanish Dream Hotel, but instead, I felt frustrated and disappointed. The swimming pool was in the car park, which was filthy. There was only one kettle for the whole hotel. The shower was cold and had no pressure whatsoever was literally trickling out the pipe. The rooms was never cleaned for the four days we was there. Had to ask for clean towels. The Wi-Fi did not work at all.

This is not a hotel, no room service, no coffee in the morning, no food, I mean not even snacks, no ice, towels were sketchy, seemed to be line dried and not fluffy clean, no soap, had to buy my own tp! Cheapest locks on room door, so had to remove all valuables when we went out. Want the room cleaned? Need to hand over key. When we returnedin the evening, "hello" the room was left unlocked! Good thing we kept our valuables away! Then the final insult, booked 9 nights and they require full payment on check in. After the 6th night we decided, enough is enough so we checked out. Were told call Monday when Supervisor is in to discuss refund for 3 nights. Called but "sorry" we cant issue refundsbut we can issue credit for three nights, i.e. you can come back and stay in this wonderful place that you hate for the three nights. Bottom line? Avoid at all cost!

had to switch rooms 3 times though because each room had a separate issue, in 1 the toilet wasn't working, in another, there was no water in the pipes, and the third one smelled like someone had been smoking and they said it was a non smoking room 🙄

Didn't see housekeeping the whole time. Bathroom reeked of urine since day one, place was dusty, needs professional housekeeping personnel. There is NO kitchenette as advertised, no kettle, no nothing, a fridge is available upon request for an additional fee. The linens were super thin and thread bare, and had tiny holes in it.

The Woman at the reception was very impolite... she literally throw me out by answering to me very arrogantly and disrecpecteful. In Bookibg the checkout time is 12:00 but they asked me to go out at 11:00 or pay extra to stay until 12:00. My room had a strong smell of weed, and she could not change it because she said, all room have the same smell. there is no water pressure in the bathroom and the whole thing was defect. plus ... if you want to experience what feeling unsecure means, go there.
