The other staff at the bar/waitress Shenele I think her name was needs a serious attitude adjustment on team work and work ethics all she did was complicate and make things worse from her lack of effort to do things. The construction/renovation went from 6am till 10 pm even on the weekends. There needs to be a cut off time! Like 9am till 5pm so people in there room could enjoy thier stay. No clocks in the room and only one mirror in the bathroom found that odd and needs to an addition once renovated.

The CHEF NEFF was great! He came out and checked on the guests and was sooo nice. JAY AND SHAUNA were great also. The tall young man at the bar makes a great drink! Cleaning staff Judith and the cleaning staff Trisha exceptional. CECIL has great customer service and the best person to meet and greet all guests! Micoh the manager made sure that all my requests were met from beginning to end!

Very basic room, no water, no fridge provided. WiFi only worked next to the window which made working bit inconvenient. Despite description mentioned pool/sea view, it was the parking lot. No blankets provided.

I would suggest that they put something to hang towels on in the bathroom and to fix the ceiling in the bathroom that was leaking.

The hotel was not crowded or very busy, so that made the experience even nicer. It was quiet and it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

Receptionist had a rather dour demeanor. Room had not been stocked with towels which I had to return to reception to collect. Short of one large bath towel which receptionist promised to bring to our room but didn't arrive.

Close to the airport, making it very convenient for late arrival/early departure flights. Very quiet at the time of season we were there. Nice breakfast location beside the boat jetty.

Being made to wear a wristband (as if you had just checked into an all-inclusive resort hotel) purely to prove that you’re a resident for breakfast purposes. Silly.

This hotel could be so much more. Good location. Large grounds. Decent sized rooms. All a bit shabby though. Staff friendly but could have been “friendlier”. Breakfast ok, very Jamaican (good) but then not particularly well executed.

We didn't have a problem

It was not a challenge for us as we spent only one night but as the hotel is away from town (a good thing) your ads should state that persons should rent a vehicle or be aware that they have to use taxis to get around. At least we did not see that in your ad.

They didn't mop the floor everyday or change sheets everyday, Didn't provide the right amount of towels or cups in the rooms.

Hotel was a good choice for a brief transit stay, the premises are aged and there was no front desk in the morning for check out. Jermaine who checked us in was very helpful and arranged an early breakfast for us.

The property is very hard to locate at nights. There needs to be better lighting & marking at the entrance to announce to person you’ve arrived at the property. We actually drove passed the property and had to seek direction from a resident.

The property being within 10mins of the airport. In addition the view of the harbour.

I stayed at the resort for one night, awaiting a connecting flight. I did not get to experience the true beauty and atmosphere of the hotel but when I came out to eat at the restaurant at night, I could tell it was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very warm and inviting. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, so if you are not in the mood to leave and explore, you would have easy access to food and drinks at the location.

rooms all had interconnected doors and we had young children next door so very noisy we asked to move and moved to a worse room but very quiet!

Service was slow, order a meal in the evening which took a long time to arrive (beyond 30 minutes) was advised that this was due to meals being cooked to order. I had ordered the fried fish burger and whilst it was nice, it wasn’t exceptional and lacked spice. On our last night, the bar staff took our drinks order but then went to serve other customers and then left the bar, leaving us with no drink. The gift shop was closed all day (11th April) so was unable to view what was offered. The room and bathroom were tired in appearance and could benefit from renovations. There was no fridge in the room, which meant we were unable to store any cool drinks overnight. The room was not cleaned during the stay, and no fresh towels provided. We requested a taxi to take us to the airport for 5am, but no one arrived. Security guard on shift tried to call the taxi operator but advised that no one was answering. Luckily the security guard was able to source a taxi for us, which was a cheaper rate to the one that was supposedly booked by the hotel.

The interactions with staff were pleasant. The cocktails were well made. The security guard on shift early Wednesday (12th April) morning was really helpful in securing a taxi for us
