Housekeeping comes once, and that is early in the morning. We called for them to return but they didn't until the next morning.

The room was spacious and clean. The check-in process was easy, and the front desk staff were very nice. The hotel is in a quiet location, not hard to find, and close to the business district.

The facilities were a bit dated. The breakfast was good but a buffet style breakfast would have been better.

The location was in a nice part of New Kingston, not far from Emancipation Park. The small garden and fish pond were nice. There was free parking on site.

I didn't like how I was forced to book a second room due to adding my 4 year old son to make a family booking of 5 ...so I left him off the booking and because of that was not able to get him breakfast 😒 ..he's 4 he doesn't take up space doesn't eat much and is never by himself-he should not have been factored as an adult ...then I was not aware that the money for my stay was not pre paid/ taken even though it told me pre payment will be taken and when we got to the hotel was informed the room was not paid for and was force to pay a WAY higher amount in a currency that I do not use ..it's 2024 machines used for payment when your traveling should be able to accept all currencies at the current rate of the country's main currency

1. Water was barely lukewarm. I was OK in the shower but it made shaving a little uncomfortable. 2. The gym/fitness room was closed for renovation. I booked there to use it. They should have stated that online.

Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, we had housekeeping come in and clean every day.

Check out time is too early. Personally, I think it could have been a little later than 11 am

I went there for my spouse birthday. We stayed in the double room, which was nice. The food was great. Want to big up the staff, their customer service was wonderful. Special thanks to Tiara and company from the restaurant who helped to make my spouse's day an extra special by decorating a little area by the pool side for dinner and served us well.p

The electronic key stopped working if placed near our phones or credit cards; no take away breakfast option when we had to check out early for our flight and they treated the pool one afternoon instead of overnight so we could not use it.

Great location, breakfast included, pool and room were clean, air conditioning was a big relief given the humidity and heat.

The rooms need a bit of remodeling for the price. We found ants on a bed. The entrance to the room had to be reset several times. The place needs revamping.

Breakfast had limited menu, the omelette I ordered was a little oily. But other than that it was good.

It was easy to get to. Comfortable room. Clean & spacious. King sized bed. Ac & TV. Bathroom was clean & the toilet was sanitized. It was easy to get around the compound. The staff was courteous.

The food in general was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. I stayed in a double room which has good space. It is worth the price I paid.
