Breakfast had limited menu, the omelette I ordered was a little oily. But other than that it was good.

It was easy to get to. Comfortable room. Clean & spacious. King sized bed. Ac & TV. Bathroom was clean & the toilet was sanitized. It was easy to get around the compound. The staff was courteous.

Unfortunately, two nights the passengers from the next room played loud music passed midnight. it took a little while for the front desk to shutdown the very argumentative noisy couple. I wanted to rest, but I could not achieve it for 2 nights out of 5.

Having a restaurant in the hotel is a great convenience after coming from work.

On the downside, the hotel itself could use a facelift or an upgrade in the rooms they are dated. The restaurant staff is very friendly, sorry I can't say the same about the food.

When I am visiting Jamaica and staying in Kingston I always stay at the Altamount Count Hotel, Its in a convenient location, the Staff is very friendly and the Place is clean.

Breakfast hours could be longer on weekends! 11 AM, and more variety of breakfast. Waitresses are too slow and lack enthusiasm, are they not being paid? I work in the service industry doing this kind of job, and if I operate like this, I would be a pauper. They are in the wrong job field.

Breakfast was ok, not much to choose from. Staff was slow and very rude, I wish I had got her name. No microwave or coffee/ coffee maker in the room? This is 2024!!! Lots of upgrades needed, staff congregating in hallways and you are hearing their conversations. Lashanta was awesome, very pleasant.

Even though the hotel was next door to the hotel that the event was held, we had no access to the hotel next door; we thought we could walk across to the hotel but we couldn’t; we had to walk about 10-15 minutes to get there; that was the main reason we booked our stay here to get to the Pegasus. The bathroom needs exhaust fans for air in the bathroom, we had to open the bathroom window, which wasn’t safe. It’s 2024, property needs to upgrade to usb outlets in rooms and public spaces. eg lobby and dining room.

It was close to the event that we were going to.

My friend broke a glass and we couldnt get the receptionist to let us have a brush to clean it up and she was rude. Eventually a very nice maintenance man came and brushed it up

The room was a little dark they could have it lit a little better and there was no microwave or coffee machine in the room just to compare with other places I have stayed I think those were necessary for the room and they gad a sign saying get your ice here but there were no ice machine

I like the fact that there was ample parking for my car and they had a security personnel at the gate to let you in and out ( very secure place ) the lobby was very prestine the staff upon entering was very friendly my room was up to par clean and the bed was comfortable I ate at the restaurant on the premises and not only was the staff there was friendly but the food was great the room came with free breakfast which also was scrumptious very nice ambiance

The room is a little shabby and in particular the shower was fixed at a strange angle, getting the floor wet.

A clean and comfortable stay in New Kingston. Most staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and well kept with a TV, fridge and wifi. The restaurant is also pleasant and convenient. I would say it was good value compared to other hotels in the area.
