Good location, old town is 5 min by walking. Parking opportunity is 100 m away in a parking house, 10 euros/day. Host is very kind and helpful, the apartment is very well equipped. The two large bedrooms and kitchen is perfect for a family.

The rude man downstairs wouldn't let us park our bikes in the hall overnight.(Wouldn't mind but they were E Bikes worth around 2500 euro). We did however leave them in the hall and I didn't sleep a wink worrying what he might do to them. Came out the following morning to flat tyres. Could have been a lot worse.

Great location, fully equipped apartment, close to the Old Town and only a 2 min walk to a small but nice beach.

Hosts were easy to communicate with and Antonelle provided us with a meticulous list of places to see. The apartment is clean and located away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town, which is only a few minutes walk away. It's also modern and stylish, in a quiet residential zone and near two supermarkets (Coop), decent restaurants (esp. Lucerna), Old Town, Beach Bust stop (Hotel El Baler) and the main bus terminus (Alghero via Catalogna). 5 stars for Antonelle, who met us at the property.

Our only downfall was the mattresses werent the best and the fuse box kept turning itself off, but we were shown how to fix this the day we arrived so wasnt too bad, just a bit annoying when trying to blow dry your hair.

Our host antonella was so nice and extremely helpful. The apartment is well kept with air con, smart tv and the wine on arrival was very thoughtful.

The only thing we did not like was that from time to time the bathroom had some bad smell coming out of the bathroom. It did not bother us so much since we did not spend much time in the flat

The flat has a balcony, which you can not really use, but as we were out most of the time anyway, it was not a big issue.

The flat was big, modern and very clean. Communication with Antonella, who did the check in, was very easy and she responded to our messages within the hour. The place is a 5 minute walk to the centre.

This apartment was excellent. It is in large, perfect condition. Having a separate living space was great with an excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. Although not right in the center of town, it was easy walking distance to the town. Could require. We will return one day.

Us 4 girls, love to explore the city all day and go back to apartment about 8/9pm and have a drink. But the hard sofa bed couch and the plastic dining chairs to sit and chat /watch a movie in the evening were extremely uncomfortable. So hard, they really hurt your back and butt. Not at all appropriate and let the apartment down. For this reason, none of us would book it again.

The location was very good, 10 minute walk to old town. Supermarket 5 min walk on another street.The bedrooms were big, with big wardrobes, though definitely need more hangers. The beds were comfortable and with 2 pillows made them perfect. Thanks Francesco.

The apartment has very big rooms, quite a big living room connected to a kitchen but at the same time the kitchen/eating space is thight (I find the table a bit small for 4 people). The kitchen equipment to our (bad) surprise had no cork-screw which is strange for Italy ;) Beds and especially pillows were too big and firm to our taste. Would be great to have soap in the bathroom. All these things are pretty small and can be easily fixed by the owner.

Apartment has spacious rooms and is well located. Everything was clean and apartment is generally quiet except the construction site outside but that is a temporary thing. Check in was very nice and we also were allowed to stay a bit longer for check out.
