No complains!

Exceptional location, close to Termini railway station and everything else (shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, pharmacies etc). The neighborhood was safe, situated directly opposite the government’s Ministry of Interior building, known as Palazzo del Viminale. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, the breakfast was also very good! The staff is very friendly and professional.

The breakfast was served kind of late for us, it started at 8 AM. I was worried about the sound levels outside, where actually werent much of an issue for us but the sounds inside the building were somewhat disruptive. You can hear ppl walking in the hallway and hear people above you if they're being loud (chairs sliding on the floor, people walking loudly in the hallway or in their rooms). I could hear another room from a vent in the bathroom which was interesting. The bathroom didn't have a fan. So if one went #2, then it was pretty smelly in the entire room which I didnt love.

Facilities - there was an elevator to take you up to the room and was a nice space. Great location for getting around. The main train station is a 15 min walk (makes it easy to get to and from the airport) and then the local metro (repubblica stop) is like a 8 min walk. A few decent food options around. The staff - was very nice and the facilities were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The room - Great shower - hot water and water pressure were great. Super comfortable bed too. Our room was pretty big too so lots of space to move around. The AC worked really well when we were there.

Location was very good and we were easily able to walk to the sites we wanted to see as well as the Termini station. Lots of cafes and restaurants as well as shopping close by. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

A little bit noisy at night when you have a room on the street side

The room was nice, spacious and clean. They even offered slippers and toiletries. In addition the location was good: close to public transportation and many convenient stores, shops and restaurants. Although the hotel is small you have everything you need.

Quite noisy at night with traffic noise and although clean and everything worked, the place felt like 10 air bnb apartments serviced by staff of the sister hotel.

Hotel is in an excellent position, close to all you would want to visit.

Happy with everything, even the antiquated lift.

Great location to see many of the attractions in Rome. Also close to Termini Roma (15 min walk with suitcases). Staff were welcoming and helpful with sightseeing suggestions. No one at Reception after 5pm but had a contact number if needed. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was wonderful after such hot weather outside. Breakfast was buffet style and had enough variety to suit most people. Coffee and tea made to order. Room was quiet.

It’s hard to think of anything that we didn’t like about our stay at the Viminale hotel but if I was to be really critical-the Italian television programs are just as bad as the ones at home so satellite tv would have been a welcome addition.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast plus the coffee of your choice was made fresh for you by the staff. The location of the hotel was excellent with plenty of cafes/restaurants and pubs nearby,also not too far from some of the main tourist attractions of Rome,and there’s also free wifi.

Good location roughly 15-20 mins away from the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. Safe area to walk at night. Good shops around. Very polite and helpful staff in the hotel.
