Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A quiet place for relaxation, plenty of space by the pool, the sea is very close. The city center is about 3.5 km away, it is worth renting bicycles directly at Villaggio Mare Blu, the paths are very well adapted for bicycles.

SwitzerlandWalls between apartments are quite thin. We heard every step and word of our neighbours. Luckily they abided by rules and we could sleep between 23-07.
We enjoyed empty beaches and our children warm pool in the Villagio. Rooms were big & modern furnished.

Perfect quiet location, close to the private beach, enough space for 4-member family, nice pool, kids-friendly atmosphere and very nice staff, close to the supermarket. We were very satisfied:)

Croatia- the pool is way to small for so many apartments. We were there in the off season so not many people but cant immagine what its like in august - cleaning policy is weird. You need to clean the apartment before you leave so im asking myself who actually cleans it and how in fact clean is it. If you do not leave the apt as is you need to pay a 50 euro cleaning fee and deposit. I dont know if its just a policy so you dont leave it chaotic but i didnt feel comfortable about it at all. - deposit in cash - you pay extra for towels and linen - the apartment lacks some neccesities for cooking...
