Could have had a bottle of water in the room for our arrival. Information about the hotel (restaurant opening times, pool times etc) could have been provided in room to save keep asking at front desk Exactly the same breakfast every morning.

Air con very effective and lovely room cleaner. Continental style breakfast. Plenty of cake. Would have liked black tea. Hard working staff who were very helpful with tourists information and organising taxis.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Let us stay in our room additional time, opened the restaurant early so we could get ready for a wedding. Really lovely. The place is quite rustic but was still very clean and perfectly fine for what we needed.

The room had no services for drinking water/coffee except for flimsy plastic cups wrapped in plastic. This would be something good to change. Also, the wifi password was not given. There was no information in the room about what to do in the area/transport options, etc or, how to get to the lake and how to get laundry done. This could be done by automatic reply to having confirmed booking.

Everything was just fine. People were really nice. The hotel undergoes some restauration work, but it didn't bother us. Breakfast ist not incredibly great, but ist was good.

After having a large lunch on our journey to the hotel we decided just to have a starter and dessert in the evening but was very surprised that the vegetable soup (excellent) did not come with any form of bread which to me is very unusual

The pillows and bed were a bit uncomfortable and the shower could use some remodeling. other than that, everything else was great.

The owners of this hotel were very nice. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast provided was very good and the pizzeria that is located next to the hotel was super delicious. The owner was super accommodating and provided great service to my family and I. It is dog friendly and the pet fee is only 5 euros per night. They provide a free shuttle to/from the local train station, which was super convenient.

Very nice family run hotel, hotel staff that goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Nice breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Large rooms with good airconditioning and access to own outside area with chair and table. The bathroom/shower was functional but could use a renovation. Great restaurant/pizzeria that uses their locally grown products, we decided to eat there every day of our stay as we felt at home and the food tasted great!

Quite a large hotel with ample parking and a nice swimming pool. The staff were very Friendly and the restaurant food was very nicely prepared with large portions. I would stay there again if I was travelling through that part of Italy.

It is a bit difficult to get to if you don’t have a car. Shuttle car costs €30. No issue if you do have a car.

All the staff are friendly and AC works very well. It was hot outside when I stayed so that was helpful. I liked the breakfast, there were many options to choose from.

The hotel needs to be updated. It could be that they have started the process already but the room we stayed in was closer to the 1980's than 2024.

The hotel was a good value. It had parking and breakfast included. It was well situated between Sienna and Assisi. Nice place to rest for the night.

The breakfast was not good,dry bread, no vegetables at all that we used to eat .. some cheese and dry cakes. The hotel is not available to the beach and there is no beach around .. only kilometers away... The room is basic , don't expect more than that...

We came with 2 teenagers for the vacation . The swimming pool was great, and also we had dinner in the amazing restaurant that serves delicious dishes at a fair price .

Bed was a bit hard but realised afterwards we had chosen the Murphy bed instead of the main one.

Wonderful outdoor wooded walk (covered) to our spacious room with a balcony overlooking the pool and lake (and main road). Food was wonderful, plentiful, and a reasonable price for dinner. Good communication with the hotel beforehand as well.

The room, location, amenities (pool, bar, restaurants) are all individually fantastic, but the main reason I would come here again is the friendly staff. Gianni, the owner, is the man who knows everyone and will assist with anything, he is the main reason I will be coming back in future.
