We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lithuaniathe cottages are suitable for a longer vacation - with all amenities. Shop nearby. only the nearby beach is not attractive and smelly. it's good that we were with a car, so every day we drove about 7 km to the wild beach with wonderful nature and peace.

GermanyPlayground could use some maintenance. Practically every plate was dirty, cutlery only marginally better. Furnishing could use some love. With having a lot of mosquitoes every day some protection for the terrace door would have been nice.
Management took care of very noisy neighbors. Very friendly maintenance staff. Beach has very low water levels, so it is perfect for small children. Very dog friendly.

LithuaniaMold on the windows, the shower wasn’t cleaned properly, spider webs on the ceiling. The property seems outdated, no privacy in the terrace as you are facing other guests. We left earlier and moved to other hotel, rather loose some money than have bad holiday. The only positive is the pool, however half of slides were not working on the first part of the day.

EstoniaHonestly its kind hard even to say anyting good / when we arrived , in front door we had a bags full of garbage, house wasn’t cleaned, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and overall it wasn’t ok . Food on the site wasn’t ok ( can’t say eatable cos som peop really eat it) . Will l come back - definitely no . Will l ever recommend that place- definitely no .

North MacedoniaThe pool opens quite late (9:30) and closes quite early (19:00) . I would suggest at least to be open from 9 until 20. Also, there is no good beach nearby (first acceptable is 25min walk),, but this is not resort's issue.

SloveniaThe nicest staff! They lent us a cycling guide and helped us repair the car. The house was clean and spatious with a garden, parking space and all the equipment. The camp is very peaceful and private. They have a lot of different croissants for breakfast, including a vegan option.

Very big and nice territory with many different activities for the kids. Everything is flat - great for the stroller. Good restaurant with fresh seafood for dinner. Bike rentals available. Very useful staff

AustriaThe bungalow itself felt a bit odd. The main room lacked a table, so we had to bring in a plastic garden table from outside. Moreover, the main room only had a large glass door and no windows, which made it challenging to freshen up the air. The beds were uncomfortably hard, similar to lying on a towel at the beach. The larger bed was made of two mattresses that kept separating, causing great discomfort. The kitchen was missing cleaning supplies, and there was no dishwasher available, which made cleaning up a bit tricky. A disappointment was that our room wasn't cleaned during our stay.
The location was good since we planned to go to the beach every day. The pool was big and not too crowded, which was great for us. Our son really enjoyed it. The restaurant was good, and the prices were reasonable. The nearby beach wasn't good for swimming, but our dog had a blast. The water was shallow, and our dog had fun chasing crabs. The group of people who entertained us at the resort was friendly, and our son really liked them. The air conditioning in the bungalow worked really well, which was a relief in the heat.
