This has nothing to do wih the property, but the location is best accessed by car. Taxis are the other option and they were very expensive and not always available. There is no restaurant at the hotel so plan your meals.

This is a very nice location with beautiful views, a lovely pool and comfy beds. I enjoyed eating breakfast outside each morning. The staff were interested in answering my questions!

beautiful place with nice and helpful staff! really quiet and relaxing! cute garden with nice breakfast! we will come back :) recomment 100%! little town Fiosole is pretty and has nice restutants, just 3 stops from the bus right outside of the hotel!

The pool area had lots of chairs and sun beds for relaxation. A good reliable bus service into Fiesole village. After a day place in busy Florence or a hike/bike ride, it’s a good place to relax in a peaceful locations.

Excellent location. Fiesole is perched high above Florence, beautiful views looking down into the city. Easy drive to Florence. The hotel is in a quiet area, not hard to find with GPS. Nice pool. Very good breakfast. Helpful considerate staff. Easy parking.

A lovely quaint hotel about 15min walk from the village. We took the bus up there from the town square which drops you right outside the hotel. Make sure you buy your tickets in advance as you can't buy these on the bus. You'll also need these for when you leave/go onto Florence. Breakfast was lovely, the swimming pool was great. In the evening we walked into the village along the road. Such a lovely hotel and would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect just 20 minutes away from Florence by car. The pool with the view. The staff were all really nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was great.

Breakfast is fairly basic, though good yoghurt.

Great location,just above Fiesole with great access to Florence and hiking paths. Calm garden with a view to relax....

Breakfast was very simple and limited. Location is very bad for who does not have a private mean of transportation. Bus from/to Florence to/from Fiesole is not frequent. From Fiesole to the Hotel is practically inexistent because the last one is at 19h (not frequent) and the walk from Fiesole to the hotel is very sinuous and dangerous (a lot of curves, uphill, and next to the cars). There is no sidewalk and barely illumination.

We booked this hotel for our final 2 days in Italy as our final opportunity to relax before heading home. I booked this hotel, which was more than we would usually spend, based on the photos- particularly of the stunning pool. Unfortunately the pool was not what we hoped for at all, it was green and cloudy with algae. It really ruined the last few days of a great trip.

The property is perched on the hillside in beautiful Fiesole.

No transport to & from hotel except by expensive taxis. Bus service almost non existent. Front desk staff not informative as to isolation situation of hotel for guests without their own car. Not informed by staff re purchasing bus tickets, and as such we had to pay fine of 80 euros for two for one bus trip, not being informed that tickets were not available on bus to purchase. Room decor drab, uninviting. & depressive. Breakfast mediocre, no tissues supplied in bathroom, bed sheets changed once in 5 days. Charge of 4 euros for one towel for sitting by pool. No restaurant attached to hotel except for mediocre breakfast & as such had to travel to Fiesole Square for meals. Taxis had to come from Florence which was half hour away from Fiesole, so costs were exorbitant. More guest information needed as to isolation of the property.

The hotel needs a renovation. I would expect it to appeal to persons 60 plus. The rooms are very basic. The mattresses very hard. The "standard rooms" are similar to rooms in hostels.

The pool is lovely and the nature around the hotel also. The value was good in comparison to other places. The location was in Fiesole, which is a gorgeous Tuscan town.

we stayed for 5 nights and we did not get fresh towels, the room wasn’t properly cleaned, and the breakfast area was not particularly clean

pool area was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is stunning and it is decent value for money

Pool area looked tired. Location is poor. You definitely require a car to stay here if you want to get out and about. Not near any local restaurants. Breakfast very average
