The view from our balcony was incredible, photos don’t do this place justice. The double deluxe room was spacious, recently renovated and the best part was the large walk-in shower with a big window to the sea. We really enjoyed the restaurant which had the same wonderful views, good food and beautiful stylish decor. Every day we discovered a new hangout area at the hotel which is spread across multiple levels, like the rooftop pool bar or the outdoor lounge area. The hotel provided a private car service (shuttle) to Maiori, we didn’t even use our car during our stay. The staff was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable of the area (they gave us a lot of good advice about where to go). It was truly a pleasure to be there!

The only downside, the hotel doesn’t offer complimentary water bottles, this was a suprise to me as most hotels I have stayed inn offer atleast two small bottles of water a day. Hope the management look into this .

The property is stunning, pictures don’t do justice to this place, beautiful rooms and they are actually a good size compared to what the pictures show. Very clean, airy and stunning view of the sea. The staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, loved the fact that the hotel provides free shuttle to and from the city center whenever need .

There are a lot of steps (not an issue for us). Take a strong mosquito repellent, but that goes for the Amalfi Coast generally.

The only recommendation to the hotel would be to change is to have a soap dispenser at the bathroom sink and a shampoo dispenser in the shower just to make it a little easier. Our stay was perfect though.

Loved my stay! This hotel is beautifully decorated. The rooms are comfortable and a very pretty view from the balcony. The food is wonderful.

Steps could all use railings. Beautiful tile throughout property although it is slippery.

Setting and staff were outstanding. They recognize they are out of town and provide a shuttle. Staff help you with everything. Pool is delicious.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Villa Pandora for 5 nights and were not disappointed! This was our first visit to the Amalfi Coast. The hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious with lots of great spots to enjoy the sea view. Our room had a large balcony to enjoy the views in private. We enjoyed being in quieter and less busy Maiori and the shuttle service from the hotel to city centre was quick and efficient. The staff were great and provided helpful tips about touring the Coast. The included breakfast buffet was delicious!

The staff here were so nice and helpful. There was free shuttle service. Basically I had a free Uber driver whenever I wanted. The room was small, but cute and very clean. I had an amazing view. However I was on the main road, which could be loud at times. But it was usually quiet at night, so not a big issue. The food was good. The pool area is beautiful! There are a lot of stairs, but the staff carried all my luggage, so it was fine. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a little noisy as the Hotel is next to the main Almafi coast road. And the pool is very cold. ( first world problems).

The view is amazing. The restaurant was fabulous. The location was about 10 mins drive from Maiori, but there is a free shuttle that takes you there which is great. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. All in all it was a lovely hotel to stay.

We had breakfast included and every morning we went for breakfast there was scrambled eggs and bacon always cold and very little left all the time, bread also not available. As clients we picked up whatever was left but we should have a proper breakfast. It was in the menu to be scrambled eggs and bacon, I don’t understand why was always so cold and only traces of it. I heard clients asking for more but I was not comfortable to do so

Communication could have been better. When we were booked, there was an issue with the road into town, so we were advised to take the ferry into Maiori. But then we arrived at the Salerno ferry dock and discovered that all ferry service was cancelled due to bad weather. I realize that weather is out of anyone’s control: the issue is that a staff member literally told us to use the ferry that day when it was already cancelled. It was expensive and time consuming to make the adjustment - all could have been avoided if someone on staff had the foresight to message us in the morning and say “no boat service.”

The views are everything here! We loved our balcony, and the hot tub on our private terrace after a day of sightseeing and hiking the Amalfi coast was lovely.

Staff were amazing, all incredibly friendly and accomodating. Special commendation to Geraldo, he is so lovely. Pool area is great. Breakfast has a good spread but if you’re expecting all American huge buffets then it’s not for you. The restaurant for dinner serves beautiful food and wine, thank you to the chef for dinner on our first night. It’s a little pricey but worth the splurge. The views are amazing. The sunset is just breathtaking. A beautiful place for couples looking for a getaway in the Amalfi Coast but away from the crowds.

When dining at the hotel there were hundreds of mosquitos and we ended up having to move to another table and leaving earlier than we would have liked. I suggest investing in something to deter the mosquitos away as they did affect what would have been a perfect evening.

Our stay was perfect, we stayed in the Aphrodite suite with a private jacuzzi bath which truly was worth every penny. The views from the hotel were stunning. The staff were amazing. The free shuttle to Maori was really useful. Can't wait to come back!

Bathroom was complete but very tiny. Room door didn't block the sounds of people passing by or chatting in the hall.

Real 'amalfi coast experience' hotel, with wonderful sea views and beautiful garden and pool, super friendly and helpful staff, practical valet parking, and a great restaurant. Situated a bit out of the village of Maiori, but with a regular free shuttle service to the center, port and beach of Maiori.

Nothing. We took a train from Napoli to Viet de Matre and then a bus to get to Hotel Villa Pandora. It was easy, but sometimes the busses can be full and you have to wait, so that was the only tricky part. But that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Wow. Amazing hotel, staff and view. Really good breakfast. Amazing room we got. Nice and helpful staff. They have a car, where you can book a time slot for free ride/shuttle to Maiori center where there is a good couple of restaurants and nice beach.
