The windows weren’t fully covered by the shades. We ended up hanging some towels over the door to add some additional privacy. Otherwise, this place was perfect.

The staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. This is a small business and all of the employees are beyond kind. My wife and I traveled to Bellagio and couldn’t find a taxi back, so we called the hotel. They arranged for one of their OWN employees to come pick us up and help us out. It was very needed in the moment and really helped us during a sticky situation.

We loved our stay at Villa Mojana. The property was beautiful, the staff was exceptionally helpful and the food was outstanding. The tiramisu is the best dessert I’ve ever had! The location is easily accessible by transit and is truly magical. We will absolutely be back.

Room cleaning could be better, dust on the coffee glasses and some other small details but overall still good.

The food at the restaurant was very nice and it was very convenient to have it there. The views were breathtaking from anywhere in the villa. The reception staff were nice

If I was told our lake view room was a room in the main building with the kitchen downstairs I would have not booked the room and I would have got a room outside of the building for example pool view. I was woke up two mornings by breakfast set up at 7am. On the 2nd evening I was kept awake after 11pm by the dinner being cleared away. Staying in the same building as the kitchen did not work for me. It smelt of food all the time. Noises often. We really liked the idea you have a lounge/living area to sit in. The views from the living area are wonderful and imagined sitting and having a drink or coffee on an evenings after walking around lake como. It sounded the perfect way to relax and enjoy the amazing wine you advertised. The way in which you advertise the living area it can’t be used freely. It is turned into a restaurant on an evening so we can’t really sit down and use the area. Once your in your room you feel you can’t really come back out and go in and out of the Villa for a walk because your disturbing people eating their dinner. I don’t think the concept works to have two rooms in that part of the Villa. You can hear people having breakfast and hear people having dinner when your in your room it is not a relaxing experience we expected to have. There were no glasses in the room to drink drinks from the mini bar like water and fizzy drinks. No additional cushions I would have liked the options for one or two more. The place is quite dusty. I seen lots of cobwebs. Breakfast not offered anything hot to eat that was advertised on website. We ate continental for two days. Told orange juice was additional cost. Omelette and pancakes additional cost which was fine but not happy about orange juice. Served warm. On our final morning breakfast was served by the chef from the evenings which was a surprise and we were offered hot food.

There was plenty of dust on the floor in the room. The previous guest's empty plastic bag was waiting for us. Too bad the pool water was so cold that we couldn't swim, but it's not the staff's fault.

The bed and pillows were high quality and comfortable. At dinner, the restaurant's service and food are top class. Great views from the room to the lake and the pool. The breakfast is plentiful and of high quality. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

I was attracted by the design first, I like boutique hotels . The property has a stunning view, the attention to details is worth every penny. Very helpful & welcoming staff. We had dinner, amazing chef. Everything was just perfect!

I have travelled extensively all over the world from Hawaii to Dubai and our stay at Villa Mojana Bellagio was the BEST hotel experience we have ever had. The views were beautiful, the room so clean, the bed was very comfy, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's small enough that although there are other guests it feels like you are having a completely private experience. The chef needs his own paragraph because the dinners we had were absolutely outstanding. A true highlight of the trip. I honestly would never stay anywhere else in the Lake Como area.

The bathroom had water stain since it’s made of hardwood floor. Obviously wear & tear but it needs to be addressed or changed to tiles so it doesn’t look disgusting. I am very particular with bathroom so I requested a bathroom mat to cover the water damage and help protect the floor.

Nothing we did not like

We love this boutique hotel. The staff was extra friendly and the restaurant was small and intimate. It felt like we had our own private chef that made a delicious meal for us in the evening. Breakfast was amazing. The fresh pastries. Fresh juices, cheese and cappuccinos. They even offered cooked order eggs for our group of four. We were able to eat both meals out on the balcony that overlooked the lake. The infinity pool was amazing for an afternoon dip...

The only small thing was the shower which needs a bit of work as you could see there was a bit of water damage to the wall due to it overflowing. But this was minor!

Everything! The staff were so lovely from the very beginning, the hotel was beautiful with stunning view’s & everything felt fresh & well looked after. The food in the hotel restaurant was incredible & well priced. With a car the location is perfect, giving you peaceful setting but close enough to be in Bellagio centre in 10mins. We had a lovely stay here & would definitely return!

We didn’t rent a car so it was a little difficult to get around. The bus stops running around 7 PM so it was a challenge to explore the towns nearby. I would highly recommend renting a car if you stay here :)

The hotel was absolutely breathtaking. Our room was gorgeous and was so comfortable. The staff did an amazing job and were very helpful. We loved eating at the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed sitting by the pool.

Wish we had booked more days. They're booked out a year in advance, so book an extra day, you won't regret it ;) -Not a big deal, but they could have left an extra roll of toilet paper, so we didn't have to ask for it.

Modern and comfortable luxurious, family owned Villa, where they make you feel at home and super taken care of. You can tell the team are proud to be a part of a family owned business, where the small details are what make all the difference, all the way from how they prepare your breakfast, to helping you plan unique and private experiences, the lovely bath salts in your room, comfortable bed and bedding, to the most amazing dinner we had the entire time of visiting Bellagio. The property is stunning and well maintained. Pool was perfect temperature, overlooking the lake, I could have spent more time for sure. They were kind and let us have a late check out.

Just unfortunate it isn’t in walking distance of any other restaurants etc but this wouldn’t put me off staying here again.
