The only issue we had was the temperature of the shower in the morning, it didn't really get hot, it did in the evening though.

The hotel was lovely and the all the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic and the views of the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other direction is outstanding. The room we had was clean and spacious and was made up every day without fail. The food in the restaurant was good and great value in the evenings. We can't wait to go again.

The pool was very small, and the jacuzzi was rather cool. It would have been nice to have two comfy chairs in our room.

Breakfast was exceptional - so much choice. There was a good variety of dinner menus, and four courses was more than enough for us. Three courses would have been plenty. Room was very comfortable with good, quiet, air-conditioning.

Amazing hotel mainly because of the staff. Really nice and rich breakfast from 8am. You can book place on the beach at the reception - 2 chairs, one sunbed, table and unmrella. The beach is close, clean and huge. Daily rate in 2022 was 30€ and from September 20€. Dinner is served from 8pm. You can chose from 3 starters, 3 pasta, 3 main courses and side dishes and 3 dessert for next day. Food is delishious and is plenty of it. You can order extra some wine or water. Every evening was happy hour on the roof top where is swimming pool and bar. You can get a drink and some snack for free. Parking is possible next to the hotel for free,You can also charge your car there, but parking spaces are limited. But you can always find a place in nearby streets. Overall clean, small hotel, older equipment but all funcional and clean. Staff is amazing. Friendly and helpful

We were one of few without balcony rooms. Since we had ordered two rooms the friendly receptionist managed to make at least one of our two rooms with balcony at top floor with no extra fee. Thank you 😀. -)

Roof terrasse with swimming pool and marvelous view to the sea horisont and the high mountains. As well the very friendly staff giving us welcome drink free of charge. Very friendly staff and very good breakfast and dinners.

Our first floor bedroom was above the breakfast and dinner space which meant we heard the noise from that every morning which ruined the peacefulness a bit. Our hire bike was stolen when 10miles away (beyond Viareggio) we had used the locks given but they were cut - they are thin and better locks needed. It was a bit of a nightmare to then get back to the hotel after this.

Great choice at the buffet breakfast. Rooftop pool and sunbeds are often quiet and great for relaxing at. Staff friendly and helpful. Free evening drink and snack was a nice bonus. Room was a good size and appreciated the facilities in it. Close enough to the beach and a little walk/journey into town.

A renovation is long overdue but as we saw, this is true to the other hotels, too. One lady at the breakfast was very rude and was sighing constantly as I was giving my order. I asked for bread and ham, that is it, I guess my wish was too much for her.

We liked our terrace and the hotel's roof top although we did not use it much. There was an appetizer offered by the hotel every day, which is nice. They offer discount for a private beach nearby. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good, they make fresh eggs, pancakes and crepes right in front of you. The staff is kind, except for the grumpy girl at the breakfast.

when I checked in the receptionist made a joke :"We offer something to drink by the pool at 7pm... even to the booking.com clients" after paying $350 for a 1 night stay, she should have welcomed me in a different way I have travelled the 5 continents with booking.com and this was an unnecessary (not amusing) joke

it's a very clean hotel, in a quite area, with a pool on the roof; they provide bicycles, which are the key element to move to Forte dei Marmi &co . They offer something to drink at night, before dinner, on the rooftop (it's pleasant). Breakfast was out of this world

The beach is only three blocks away and there is a easy access down to the water, but it’s a little bit more complicated if you want to hang out at the beach. You really need to book one of the lounges with the shade and you need to do it ahead of time if you’re planning to spend all day at the beach or be there with a family. The hotel can arrange it but they were booked up in the busy August time. I ended up walking down with minimal stuff and leaving it near the waters edge which is sort of OK, and then going swimming. Didn’t feel the need to spend all day there. The free beach is 2 Kms away.

Rooms are small by American standards, but lots of common space near lobby inside & out, rooftop bar/pool area nice. The 6:45-7:45 free drinks & snacks on the roof was perfect. I thought 25 euros for a 5 course dinner with wine reasonable and the breakfast buffet was huge & good. Staff friendly & attentive.

The room finishing and general condition is not up to the price expectation, even considering this year general rises. No drowers in the closets. Dinner is good and the drinks-not-included formula fine but I hope that tendency to make it salty too often was just by chance... The limited parking does what it can, but they make it clear and you'll find space nearby.

Swimming pool and free aperitivo on the roof superb! Pool also for small kids and cheap Jacuzzi option. Staff awesome. Far from the center but next to a romantic park and a set of rides and carousels for the little ones. Two minutes from the beaches and surf school. Very good international breakfast. We didn't use the bicycles made available but they can get you and teens easily to Marina di Pietrasanta center and pier.
