On the downside, the hairdryer in our room was broken, and the bathroom was relatively small considering how spacious the room itself was.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, which featured a beautiful, well-maintained garden and a spacious pool with varying depths. There were plenty of lounge chairs, so there was always enough space, and it never felt crowded. Breakfast was served in a charming old villa, which added to the experience. The freshly baked bread was delicious. The hotel is also close to the lake beach (quite crowded) and several restaurants. However, the public transportation (at holidays) in the area isn't reliable, but the hotel staff were helpful in arranging taxi.

The rooms are nice and spacious but not super modern. There is no restaurant in the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean with a view on the lake, breakfast was great and the park around the hotel is incredible. Personnel are available to accommodate customers' needs.

Beautifull place! if you want to stay on the southern side of Garda lake lovely garden around the hotel, a bar open during all day in the garden, and over all lovely and quite yet wide and beautifull place. the room is big, clean and nice

Room was a little bit outdated, but it’s perfectly useable and very clean. Slightly disappointed to have to pay for water with our evening meal every night. Drinks throughout the hotel are typical hotel prices. With a supermarket down the road you can buy water, soft drinks and alcohol for a fraction of the price. Handy to take back to your room but it feels like the prices of drinks, although understandable, stop people from using the bar and potentially socialising!

Very clean, the apartment we were in was very spacious and well equipped! Beautiful gardens and the pool was perfect! Cleaning staff and all other staff around the hotel were lovely and very friendly. We thought the food was excellent, contrary to some other reviews we had read. Breakfast catered for all of our needs and the four course evening menus made three of us (who are fairly fussy eaters) try things that we wouldn’t normally eat! Pasta dishes were superb, spinach lasagne was the wife’s favourite. The veal in particular was a delicious main course and the panna cotta and hazelnut parfait were fabulous desserts!

Only that we couldn't open some windows in bungalow.

Breakfast was perfect. Unfortunately ends pretty early for people who would like to sleep longer. Also pool closes too early for summer time. It would be nice if it would be open until daylight to be able to refresh once more before going to bed. The whole property is very nice and quiet. Well maintained mostly.

I liked spaciuos room, the view and breaksfast point because it is really beautiful with beautiful views. I liked free parking, italian kindness and the pool is nice.

The bed in my room was a bit hard (for my taste) and the pillows and blanket were not of high quality. The food in the dining room was fine but I would have liked to see more authentic Italian dishes on the menu.

Very beautiful gardens and pool area. The common areas of the hotel were lovely, including dining room and reception area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Overall a little dated. Beds with hard mattresses, and noise insulation not so great.

The hotel garden are splendid, and the pool and pool area very nice and well maintained. A special mention to the staff and I. particular to the girl at reception who was very friendly and doing her best to accomodate guest’s requests.

It is a 30 minute walk into the town, there is a bus but they only run every half hour and stop at 8pm. The hairdryer in our room kept cutting out. Although the rooms are spacious they are rather old fashioned.

Lovely big rooms and set in lovely grounds. The pool is lovely and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast there was a decent choice.

We had the most amazing stay, very clean, amazing breakfast. Staff were really helpful and polite. The pool and seating areas outside were lovely.

Location was a massive negative. 30 min walk to Desenzano in ridiculous heat. Almost impossible to get a taxi. Buses not regular enough. Hotel should think about getting a shuttle bus? Hotel was a magnificent building but in need of some tlc. Staff were helpful to a degree but they weren't going to put themselves out for you.

Substantial breakfast. Good bar & snack meals for lunch. Fabulous pool! Lovely grounds. Large bedroom.
