Beautifull place! if you want to stay on the southern side of Garda lake lovely garden around the hotel, a bar open during all day in the garden, and over all lovely and quite yet wide and beautifull place. the room is big, clean and nice

Room was a little bit outdated, but it’s perfectly useable and very clean. Slightly disappointed to have to pay for water with our evening meal every night. Drinks throughout the hotel are typical hotel prices. With a supermarket down the road you can buy water, soft drinks and alcohol for a fraction of the price. Handy to take back to your room but it feels like the prices of drinks, although understandable, stop people from using the bar and potentially socialising!

Very clean, the apartment we were in was very spacious and well equipped! Beautiful gardens and the pool was perfect! Cleaning staff and all other staff around the hotel were lovely and very friendly. We thought the food was excellent, contrary to some other reviews we had read. Breakfast catered for all of our needs and the four course evening menus made three of us (who are fairly fussy eaters) try things that we wouldn’t normally eat! Pasta dishes were superb, spinach lasagne was the wife’s favourite. The veal in particular was a delicious main course and the panna cotta and hazelnut parfait were fabulous desserts!

Only that we couldn't open some windows in bungalow.

Breakfast was perfect. Unfortunately ends pretty early for people who would like to sleep longer. Also pool closes too early for summer time. It would be nice if it would be open until daylight to be able to refresh once more before going to bed. The whole property is very nice and quiet. Well maintained mostly.

I liked spaciuos room, the view and breaksfast point because it is really beautiful with beautiful views. I liked free parking, italian kindness and the pool is nice.

The bed in my room was a bit hard (for my taste) and the pillows and blanket were not of high quality. The food in the dining room was fine but I would have liked to see more authentic Italian dishes on the menu.

Very beautiful gardens and pool area. The common areas of the hotel were lovely, including dining room and reception area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Overall a little dated. Beds with hard mattresses, and noise insulation not so great.

The hotel garden are splendid, and the pool and pool area very nice and well maintained. A special mention to the staff and I. particular to the girl at reception who was very friendly and doing her best to accomodate guest’s requests.

Super nice location between Sirmione and Desenzano, large pool, tennis court and spacious rooms with all you need for a stay with the family. Super clean rooms!

It is a 30 minute walk into the town, there is a bus but they only run every half hour and stop at 8pm. The hairdryer in our room kept cutting out. Although the rooms are spacious they are rather old fashioned.

Lovely big rooms and set in lovely grounds. The pool is lovely and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast there was a decent choice.

Location was a massive negative. 30 min walk to Desenzano in ridiculous heat. Almost impossible to get a taxi. Buses not regular enough. Hotel should think about getting a shuttle bus? Hotel was a magnificent building but in need of some tlc. Staff were helpful to a degree but they weren't going to put themselves out for you.

Substantial breakfast. Good bar & snack meals for lunch. Fabulous pool! Lovely grounds. Large bedroom.

We stayed in the hot summer, temp. Over 32oc, there is only one little air condition that fails to cool the entire suite adequately. It impairs our enjoyment of the stay. Especially that it was broke on second night, the AC was very noisy so we couldn’t sleep well and even after fixing on the third day- such small AC just doest fit to the size of the suit. Also, the mattress of the double bed is not comfortable. Nice garden- but very little shady spots. There was blockage in the bathtab

Everything was very bad… 1. The hotel is very old and looks un-renovated since ‘80.Need renovation badly!!!Or it should be cheaper twice, at least! 2. Probably it is just 1 iron in the entire hotel, because we could get it just 1 evening and it was taken from us and next 3 days we could not get because someone else was using it. I asked to bring when ir will be available but it never happened. 3. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, could not sleep at all! 4. Air conditioner works very loud. 5. Theoreticaly there is equiped kitchen but practicaly you can not even cook anything because the gass is turned of. There are al lot of plates, other dishes but there are no wine glasses in the room. 6. I don’t know from were they got 4 stars…it’s not even close to 3… 7. Breakfast is also very poor. During breakfast nobody came to our table of 5 persons to offer drinks from the bar. Coffee from the mashine was undrinkable! And breakfast is just till 9.30 am…We were usualy coming at 9.00am and there was nothing left! They were refiling some but emediately all food was gone! We even skiped one breakfast because we didn’t even wanted to go there.

That there is a pool, just it is closing very early…
