As it is a self catering cottage, a kettle would have been nice to have but we managed without it.

Great location at the beach, much room for parking, safe and quiet. Easy to find, cafe and supermarket within 5 minutes to drive.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The design of the space is modern and stylish, making it feel both cozy. Th atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing to our experience. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful stay!

These are not exactly disadvantages, but I still want to point them out. The air conditioning is installed in the living room, so the bedroom was not properly cooled. For some people, this may be a plus. The sofa bed in the living room is not quite comfortable, because metal parts of the mechanism stick out on the sides of the sofa and when you lie down or get up from the sofa, you always bump into them. It is also not entirely comfortable that the fridge is located in the living room. If you sleep in the living room, you can hear it working (humming).

Amazing host! Our flight was delayed and we arrived at the villa around 3-4 am and the owner was waiting for us, checked us in, told us everything. Also, once there were problems with the internet, the owner fixed everything instantly! The location is great - 3 minutes and you are on a deserted and spacious beach! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (detergents, cooking utensils, cutlery). The bathroom has a good number of towels. A separate gem of this villa is the surrounding area - a lot of greenery, everything is well maintained, there is a sense of privacy.

The bed and sofa bed are too soft for our liking and could need an update. The nearby beach is something in between a sand beach and a rock beach.

The host is extremely friendly, accommodating and proactive. The garden is significant and has outdoor showers to rinse yourself when returning from the beach. The beach is literally not more than 100m from the beach. The property is spacious and clean. The property is located in a gated community and is protected by two gates. The location is very calm and discrete. Cefalu is a 20min drive away and Palermo 30-40min. The nearby village is cute

As most rentals we had in sicily, kitchen equipments, utensils are limited. It would be nice to have a chopping board and a cutting knife. It is like they do not expect you to cook. It is goid we brought a swiss knife which we used to cut. Even the forks and knives are broken even though the owner said they are brand new.The owner came immediately to replace the broken fork and knife since there were only really 4 of each so if one gets broken it gets limited right away. It is good we were only three.

Beautiful villa and, private parking, 50 meters to the beach. Close to the grocery store that is even open sundays. Very clean. Location is perfect to visit several tourist spots.

Kitchen's equipment was poor, a towel and a kitchen knife would be great, some of the dishes were not clean.

Great location, sea is at the arm's reach. Host was very nice and welcomed us at the gates to show around. Liked the garden and quiet, safe neighbourhood. Provided a baby cot upon request, free of charge. Price is very good, good value for money.

it could be very nice if there would be some simple but very necesary item available at home for example,detergent to wash the dishes, soap to wash the hands, salt, oil to cook.

Apartment is in the quiet location on a private beach road. The garden and the terrace are excellent. Secure parking. Very close to the beach. Not far from train station with parking. The host is really responsive and helpful.

The dishes are worn and need replacement. We found insufficient cutlery, including plates and a lack of teaspoons. The availability of kettles, electric coffee pots, dishwashing detergent, and squeegee brushes was also insufficient. The gas stove is outdated, and we faced difficulties in understanding its operation. Additionally, the lighters provided for the stove were not very effective.

Home equipment requires upgrade, air conditioning only in the main room but lacking in bedroom, no washing machine 😀

The address that the Booking.com navigation took us to was wrong. it was several hundred metres too far down the road.

Very good reception by Raimondo who waited kindly for us (we were late) and explained everything very clearly and patiently.
