Great location. Beautiful accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay, such a beautiful place. Our host was amazing! She was helpful in advice for restaurants, tours and much more. I would definitely refer this place to stay to any friends and family.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the property is across from this Restaurant area so it can be noisy sometimes with the music and such but in all fairness we usually go to bed early so its really not a horrible thing. The view of the water and the scenery of the coastline made up for it. We did have an issue with the toilet which we told the person managing the property. It really didn’t get fixed but it was doable because we were leaving the next day.

The property was right on the water so the view was amazing. It was so nice just to lounge on the terrace and watch the amazing sun rise and sunsets along the Sorrento Coast. We also enjoyed the proximity to the local shopping areas and restaurants so it was nice to come back to the property and relax before going back out again.

Not a hotel, so you're kind of on your own. Which is also the charm of this place.

Amazing AMAZING location. Stunning view on the terrace. Central easy area to walk to main pedestrian street with restaurants & shops. Very good location to experience Sorrento.

The location is great with the best view. But room, for 1 night ok but cannot imagine if villa is full during summer. The room is on the corner of terrazza and other guests can see into your room if you don't use a shades. Design of the room is great a focus on details

Our room lacked privacy and the property manger was often lingering around our room which the windows looked right out onto the pool. The room was quite small and there much confusion with the gates when checking in.

We loved being so close to the water, ferry port and city center. We enjoyed the sun deck and pool facilities.

I was "offered" the other room because I was woken at 0900 the next day by a jack hammer! working on the room I had reserved! No "minibar", no "hot tub", no coffee or tea-only sugar packets, refrigerator had been unplugged so water was warm (and the Coke), Ice bucket, but no way to get ice, no Kettle, no drying rack (which would have been nice since I went to the beach and pool). I had put a lounge chair out for myself since they were all put away against the railing; It was put away by morning. It was 74 degrees F! I also left with multiple insect/bed-bug? bite marks on my chest and are still there from the bed.

Location and spa tub were the highlights. Quick check-in even though I was late. The pool was nice. I reserved the "Jr Suite with a Sea View", but then was offered the "Deluxe Suite with Spa Bath" (Now I know why).

The drain in the shower backed up a number of times and raw sewage came out of the drain and was all over the floor of the shower. I rinsed it down and washed the floor but the smell lingered for quite awhile. The plumbing is making quite a bit of noise so some maintenance may be needed.

Not a true 2 bedroom. The kitchen was outside. The small bathroom was small, no hooks for towels or other items.

Wish we could have stayed longer! We had a junior suite and could only book one night. I rated 9 out of 10 as the room itself could have been bigger

Perfect location. Honestly, the best in Sorrento, located close to the port and all the shopping and restaurants. Incredible views from the private terrace, a view others are desperate to catch from restaurants and lookouts. Was excellent to fly the drone from. Staff was lovely and warm and the pool was a huge plus since the beaches are all pay to swim only

When we arrived we couldn’t get in. The numbers given on booking.com were all discontinued. There was nobody there to meet us. Luckily another guest was going in so we went with them and eventually found a man to let us in.

The view and the position of the apartment must be the best in Sorrento.

The photos that accompanied the room showed a complete open terrace and open kitchen and bar area. We were not told that this space actually belonged to the apartment next door who had booked and paid a substantial amount more money for the private terrace. There was absolutely no way to know that this area was not open to all. It really should have some sort of demarkation between what is private and what is public to avoid innocently encroaching on another persons space. We were fortunate that the couple were extremely gracious in informing us - and we completely understood their position but the whole uncomfortable interaction could have been easily avoided. My advice - check out carefully what part of the terrace is open to you and what belongs to someone else.

Nothing that would ruin my stay! Communication could be a bit better with management, pictures on the internet need to be better updated to reflect each individual room.

This Villa is in THE absolute best location in the historic city center of Sorrento. We had a a magical week in this beautiful setting. The accommodations, are basic but you are not staying here for a room. You are staying here for the absolute beauty of the Terrace, the marina with ferry service is right below you, no need for taxis as the city center is a block away, the market is 5 minutes by foot and the train station is about a 9 minute walk. The very best restaurants are within a 1 to 2 minute walk as well. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. Do not expect that level of service, this is a private villa and it is worth every penny. There was nothing better than coming "home " after a day of touring. The peace, serenity and beauty of the villa made this an unforgettable vacation. The air conditioning worked well, we had hot water everyday, the pool was clean and deliciously cool on the hot days of August. We would go out to dinner, stroll in town and return to the villa every evening and sit on the terrace with our wine and listen to music coming from the hotel next door, looking out over Vesuvius and watching the stars and the sea. If you need pampering and concierge, this is NOT the place for you. If you are a well traveled INDEPENDANT individual who truly wants to feel the magic of Sorrento , this is, hands down, the place you want to be. I will be returning to this villa next year. An unforgettable experience in an unforgettable location. Ciao!
