We had a very relaxing stay for 6 nights at this fabulous B&B located in a beautiful setting. The breakfast was superb with homemade recipes. Edith and Martin were marvelous hosts and always available for our needs. It was a pleasure to know them and we will definitely return!

The stay was great. The view was beautiful, the room was very need en we had everything that we needed. The hostess were very kind and they made us feel at home and gave us great hiking advices.

We stayed 2 nights in this fabulous B&B, Eggan/Ega is a great option for visiting the Dolomites. and highly recommend this place to all our friends. We had the room with double balcony and fabulous view of Mt Latimar. Martin and Edith are the best hosts you can hope for and the breakfast is 5 star! We hope we can reciprocate their hospitality when they come to visit New Zealand! The room is large and spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy! The local Pizzeria is the best I have EVER eaten, so is a must visit! On Day 2 we took the gondola up to the Alpe di Siusi and walked around there a couple of hours....stunning views and highly recommend. We then continued on the full circuit of the Dolomites, a great day out! What I am trying to say is Eggen is a great base for exploring the Dolomites!

Can’t think of anything we would’ve changed!

Breakfast was freshly made, good choices. Room was perfect. Edith and Martin were fabulous hosts, we felt we were staying with friends. We would love to have stayed longer, cannot recommend this B&B high enough.

Edith and Martin host our favorite stop through Italy. You can tell they love what they do, their breakfast is truly 5-star, the units are extremely nice with top notch appliances, and the house is impeccably clean. We truly loved everything about our stay.

Edith and Martin is a lovely and wonderful couple operating this B&B.We received perfect welcoming, nice and neat room with modern bathroom. Breakfast was selective and the serving was five star. The owners were very kind, friendly, and flexible about our check-in time. The guest house felt very nice, clean, and very well taken care of. It is situated in a convenient location with wonderful views. Royal breakfast was an appreciated bonus to our stay.

We had a wonderful time in Villa Gottfried from the moment we stepped into the house and were greeted by Martin + Judith & Martin were amazing, welcoming hosts with huge passion and personal touch for a great guest experience + newly renovated - very stylish decoration, modern with locally authentic touch + lovely breakfast with barista service, indoors in very tasteful setting or on a sunny terrace + lots of tips for exploration and any support

We stayed here for 1 night (our first night in the Dolomites) and it was absolutely perfect! Situated in a tiny little village in the mountains, it felt like we were in a fairy tail! The hosts were absolutely wonderful, extremely hospitable, and made the most delicious food! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing location. Amazing room, mountain-feel and cozy yet modern and in great shape. Amazing couple who own and run the place, their hospitality made me feel so welcomed. The town is adorable and looks like it's straight from a storybook or the Sound of Music. Amazing breakfast as well. Could not recommend this place more, wish I could live here! American-friendly as well for us monolingual English speakers! The owners are fluent in English, Italian, and German. The restaurants and businesses in town also speak great English as well so don't let the fear of a language barrier hold you back from this slice of paradise.

The room is a bit small.

The hosts are just wonderful, the atmosphere is really great and I wish I could stay they longer. The room had a great smell. It's cozy and warm. Breakfast was good and you can get food/lunch to go for a fair price. Very good shower (much needed after a long day of hiking!). The hosts helped me planning my trip and equipped me with important information. The view from the terrace is stunning.
