Villa Giovanna was a wonderful, quiet retreat for a night. Located above Sorrento it offers beautiful tropical grounds and a stunning view. From the moment we parked The staff are amazing, warm and welcoming!!! The shuttle service back and forth from town is perfect. I wish we had more time to spend at this wonderful getaway. I highly recommend it!

The bed was rather to hard for us and needed better pillows. But generally we slept. Noisy dog but thats life. The sewage system tends to back floe oudours in the bathroom. But again old buildings cannot help it.

Staff fabulous and so accomodating. Breakfast good choices and the little almond cakes home made a joy to eat. The shuttle service outstanding and very welcome.

I liked everything about Villa Giovanna. My only wish is that I had more time in Sorrento, where I could have extended my stay to enjoy more of what the property offers.

The description of Villa Giovanna I read online was exactly what we found when we arrived. Our room overlooked the water, which was beautiful. Laura and the staff were great. Breakfast was nice and just what you need to start your day. Although a bit of a walk to center of town, the shuttle was top shelf and immaculately clean. And, the times worked perfectly for us for drop-off or pickup.

a beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning private location. felt very traditionally Italy. hosts were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you and were in no way over bearing. free shuttle down to Sorrento town was super useful and many more money to spend if the delicious local food. a trues amazing experience

The grounds here are very picturesque and a great place to relax in a quiet setting. The staff here and the free shuttle service are so wonderful! It's up the hill away a bit from everything but that's not an issue at all with the shuttle. The room was the smallest we had on our trip in Italy but still very nice and updated. Would recommend staying here!

The mosquitoes 😳

The views were out of this world. The Egg chair became our go to spot each evening, we would watch the gorgeous sunset and then shooting stars each evening. The pool was a lovely little treat to our stay

It can be quite noisy (your neighbours and cars) and the shower is rather basic. All around the world, paying 200 euros for 1 night would deliver you a much higher quality, but this is Sorrento.

Don’t mind the price too much (all logies are expensive in this area). We can recommend this place because of the friendly staff (our airco was repaired), the free shuttle to the city center, the nice breakfast and the pool.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming! And the view is even better than the pictures! It’s the perfect base to explore Sorrento and the amalfi coast from or to unwind with a view!

Property was rustic Italian villa no issues.

Property is set in an idyllic location, everyday seeing the sunset in a picturesque setting was breathtaking. The villa run by a wonderful warm team who made our stay as comfortable as they could. We felt like a part of the family 😁

This place is amazing. The view is wonderful and the pool/lounge area is calm and peaceful. The whole facility is beautiful and has a lot of spaces where you can relax. The extraordinary staff drove us to and from the city several times a day! Everyone in the staff was professional, kind and highly service minded!
