A perfect hotel, 5 minutes from Vaporetta stop over to St. Marks Square and 5 minutes to lots of restaurants. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Lovely having good weather so we were able to have breakfast outside. We were very pleased with our choice of Hotel Edera.

Everything was small for 10 days stay. The bathroom was outdated. The shower cubical was too small. The wash basin was cracked. The floor was dusty and not cleaned throughout our stay. The breakfast staff worked hard but looked unhappy. On several occasions we had to ask for toilet paper and soap from the reception. The hotel had the potential to be excellent, however, it was let down in several areas by neglect.

The breakfast was excellent. One of the best features of the stay. The location was a convenient compromise between visiting the beach and Venice. The Aircon was essential and worked well.

The first room we stayed was quite clean and nice. Then they asked us to change the room. The next room has the bad odor of must. It's impossible to sleep or breath with this odor. One of the walls and bathroom were a little moldy. We spent only one night here. Not very good experience with check out. We had to way when they check if we use minibar with water, despite we said we were not. This behavior was indignity.

The breakfast was simple but okay. Cakes were frozen, tasteless. The coffee was good. The room was small but comfortable.

The air conditioning basically did not work. I would NOT stay here during the warmer months! We barely slept due to feeling uncomfortably hot. The bathroom light also automatically has a heater which just added to the awful temperature in the room. The curtains also did not block out much light.

Nice location close to the ferry. Staff were nice. Clean rooms.

Fridge is small and full of hotel water and juice. We took all out, one tall bottle barely fits. Noisy at night, the owner decided the double car gate is the best access for guests. The gate is noisy and uses electricity for nothing.

Breakfast is good, starts too early at 7.30, ends too early 9.30. Housekeeping is great and helpful. Reception is good too.

I didn't think hotel rooms could be so small. Apart from the space in which the bed was placed, the distance from the bed to the door or from the bed to the window didn't allow the full opening of the window or door.

The rooms were small. The room we booked had a shower over the bath that felt unsafe. so close to the toilet and not a flat base of the bath to stand and shower. yet not big enough to sit and bath in.

This is our second stay at Villa Edera. We love staying on the Lido and this Hotel is close to everything! Staff is excellent! We loved our large balcony off the room. Great breakfast in the morning too starting at 7:30. Highly recommend!

We were immediately made to feel welcome, it is a very friendly place. The buffet breakfast is very well done with good produce and lots of choice and the location is perfect.

We booked for 4 people and they gave us two separate bedrooms which was really awesome for our couple friends who were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. As well, they serve brownies cake during breakfast as a special treat for them. Free breakfast was fantastic and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely recommend!

The only downside of not being in the center is its really difficult to leave your bag at the hotel and go back again to lido and take it to go to the airport. Well it was our choice not to leave our bag, cause we dont want to waste our time going back and forth as we have a limited time . Bit every thing in the hotel is good,

The breakfast is good, enough choices, good service. The hotel is really near the vaporetto station, the one that you take to go to venice, from the hotel it will take like 15mins to reach San Marco, line 1 is really a good choice because it past thru all tha tourist attraction, you need to take the 72hrs pass or the unlimited ride to vaporetto, and you can also use this pass to go to Murano and Burano. The hotel staff are really helpful and nice! The price of the hotel is quite good,

Hotel was perfect

Beautiful hotel very close to the Lido ferry stop. Lots of cafes and shops nearby. The room was perfect with a little balcony. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace and were impressed with the variety of food. The coffee was excellent too. The staff were very helpful especially on check in.

Honestly, I didn't like that I booked so short a stay. Everything exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay.

The location was great! Less than a 5 minute walk to the boats, boats are Venice's busses. Boats leave at least every 12 minutes. Breakfast was also really good. A variety of foods and drinks were available.

Mold in the bathroom, loud air-conditioning, that was out of order on the last day I stayed there. Instead of two twin beds - two beds put together, because the room is so small.
