We have been to many places in Italy and the place Villa Di Noi is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and enjoyable places we stayed at. The hosts - Iolanda and Werner - created a place with a lot of passion for body and soul; it combines comfort, elegance, a sense for space in beautifully landscaped gardens and traditional architecture. Above all, they create an incredibly nice and welcoming atmosphere; if you need a rest from busy life don’t look any farther. We shall be back, thank you very much I & W.

Our shower was a bit temperamental, it was difficult to control temperature and the water pressure wasn't really the best.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Di Noi! The host Iolanda is friendly and very attentive (great food recommendations and help with booking taxis). The property is well maintained and very peaceful. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool area is excellent. Breakfast was truly exquisite every day, including a delicious surprise brunch-like dish. Location is also great, easy 12 minute drive into Lecce and well connected to motorways.

Nothing. A stronger wi-fi would have been nice, but the mobile reception was still good, so it was fine.

Villa di Noi is a fairy tale place. The hosts have exquisite taste and everything is made with the utmost care and thought.

Nothing not to like - simply a place you MUST VISIT

Perfectly situated Villa for a relaxing vacation. Close to the sea and to the lively Lecce. The villa has been carefully restored, the rooms are spacious and lovely and the garden and pool area just perfect. And best off all are the wonderful hosts.

Nothing! Perfection!

What a truly wonderful place to stay. It’s is like an oasis of calm amidst all our sightseeing around puglia. Hosts could not have been more welcoming and attentive. The facilities are that of a five star hotel from the rooms to the pool and especially the amazing breakfast. They also kindly arranged a taxi for us to take us and bring us back from Lecce one evening. Nothing was too much trouble! We will certainly be coming back and have no hesitation in recommending it to all our friends and family!

Werner and Iolanda were exceptional hosts who went out of their way to ensure that we experienced a luxurious stay at their villa, with the warmth, kindness and thoughtfulness that we have never experienced before. The rooms were very private, tastefully decorated, spacious with every amenity. Breakfast was a self service set up and was lovely with a unique surprise of Iolanda”s own creation delivered to the table every morning with a description of what she had made for us, adding that touch of class. They went above and beyond when our car battery failed us, we had the entire team at our service, one contacting the car hire company, one trying to charge the hybrid battery and another fetching a local car mechanic. They were all incredible. The location is so perfect from where to easily travel to and discover the historic towns of Puglia. Already looking forward to returning again soon!

The owners Werner and Iolanda are undertaking an extensive renovation of the entire property which is just stunning. It is set in what I would consider to be an arboretum with numerous large and diverse trees, olive and citrus groves and different plants. Iolanda is a gourmet chef and we had the best breakfast in Puglia right here. Close to Lecce and beaches and wineries it offers a quiet park like setting away from the noise and crowds of the city with easy access if you want to go for dinner. Werner gave us a tour of the larger building under renovation which will be an absolutely awesome place to stay when completed. Pool was very nice!

The owners gave us the warmest welcome and made sure to care for us during our stay. They really paid great attention to details which made for a totally unique experience. Perfect for a peaceful holiday; Lecce is only less than 20 minutes' car drive away. Will definitely visit again hopefully in the near future.

After visiting the Puglia towns for 4 days under very high temperatures and hot weather, the booking for Villa di Noi came at the right time. This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we’ve stayed in. We needed so much to relax, and I couldn’t think of a better place where to forget about the crowded towns of Puglia. Our stay was truly amazing. The hosts Iolanda and her husband are really kind, helpful and willing to make your stay really amazing. Villa di Noi is really a true oasis. Amazing breakfast, high attention to details, stunning room and pool. Iolanda was very kind to arrange us a taxi from Lecce train station and on the way back, and even prepared us a breakfast early in the morning before we left. The only regret is that we stayed for only two nights, but we will definitely come back when the other building Tenuta di Noi will be ready, which will be another gem. Looking forward to coming back.

Having to leave

Everything was amazing. We have been holidaying in Puglia for 13 years & have stayed in many hotels & this by far was the best. The owners were so friendly & accommodating. They couldn’t do enough for you. As for the rooms they were stunningly decorated & had the most comfortable bed. Same with the sun loungers. We will definitely be back to stay again

The olive tree grove, a citrus orchard and cluster pines frame a stunning swimming pool and offer the perfect setting for a home-made breakfast or aperitivo. In the room, high quality linen, towels, mattress and pillows provide exceptional comfort. The villa is in a strategic location and you can easily reach both the coasts as well as Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli and Itria Valley. Iolanda and her family are generous and kind hosts!

Nothing at all!

Our stay at Villa di Noi was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were cared for and made to feel so special. The accommodation was amazing, with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! We had the opportunity to explore and wander the beautiful property and take in the beautiful natural surroundings. We spent a lot of our time poolside, and enjoyed every minute. The team were always very attentive to our needs and cared for us greatly throughout. The breakfast each morning was just phenomenal - everything one could think of, and all made with delicious fresh ingredients and produce. We took advantage of participating in the cooking class, and had the opportunity to visit a local market for the produce and then learned how to make some wonderful Pugliese dishes by our hosts - would highly recommend! We were so overwhelmed by our special stay that we are already organising the next!

Nothing! It’s paradise!

Villa Di Noi is an absolute oasis just outside of Lecce (around 15 mins by taxi). Set on a huge beautiful estate surrounded by olive trees, pine trees and cactus, the property is a total nature immersion with perfectly manicured gardens. The rooms are extremely spacious with high ceilings and very luxurious details. The beds are exceptional. The pool area is stunning, with a poolside bar and plenty of sun loungers for all guests to enjoy - as well as various additional sitting areas to enjoy around the property. The food is exceptionally great, and Iolanda and her family could not be more accommodating as hosts. I really recommend this place for a tranquil immersion in nature and some relaxing pool days! The perfect escape after a few days in the beautiful old town of Lecce.

This property is just outstanding! We loved the pool size, very comfortable sun beds. It was paid a lot of attention to the smallest details in every step - beddings, bed quality. The biggest compliment to property owners and staff. You made our stay absolutely perfect - including the breakfast and dinner which can compete with high end restaurants.
