The bathroom door lock wasn't working. This can create uncomfortable situations for people travel in groups. Also the sofa bed was not comfortable. Was a problem for us since we were a group of 3 and one had to go onto the sofa bed.

Very clean place and superbly centrally located. Right in the city center. Also has a nice old touch to it in terms of architecture.

There were 3 of us staying in the appartment. Bed in the master bedroom was okay but the bed for the third person was not comfortable and worn out so it should be replaced with a new one. I believe it is fair to provide a quality bed for every paying customer.

Great location for both skiing and evening walk in the center of Cortina. The appartment is very close to different gondola lifts from where is possible to acces various ski slopes. It was very warm in the appartment which is appreciated when coming home from skiing all day.

The location of the apartment was superb. We also enjoyed the flexibility and comfort of a self catering facility.

- worn out furniture. At first we assumed it's meant to be antique style, but it turned out furniture simply dates from times when building was built. Electrical sockets are hidden away in the corners, suitable only for small phone chargers. You cannot plug in your PC charger if it is an ordinary EU schuco plug!?? Beware of hot water in the shower, water heater is set to ridiculous hot water and cannot be regulated. Actually dangerous!! Not soundproof, one can actually hear neighbours talking. I did not see any ski depot (we stayed in autumn)?

+ excellent location, with private parking (which is amazingly helpful in Cortina, you get a remote with the keys, try leaving the car on the pump across the street and walk for the keys), well equipped kitchen, spacious app (for 2, sleeping on the sofa I could not recommend). Clean, cosy. Antique style, hand made furniture is fully functional (but very worn out...). Helpful staff at key pick-up at hotel Aquilla (it's a hotel at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, some 300m away). Unbeatable price for Cortina d'Ampezzo stay.

An interesting decor, however in its current state it would fit more to a hostel type of accommodation. It would need refreshment, especially for the given room price. It is unacceptable to charge 50 EUR for picking up the keys after 19:30! However we did not need to use this option and the receptionist (at the nearby hotel) was friendly.

The property is situated on a main road. Some road noise is to be expected.

The property is centrally located close to Corso Italia, enabling easy access to the main shopping areas. The availability of a parking space for a car is an additional bnenefit.

Old and tired, need updating. Shower awful. Microwave has to be put on gas burners to reach power point to use it, and has tape around the power cord! Windows rattle as trucks go by. Lounge is incredibly uncomfortable, can't imagine it being used for a bed, and it is dirty with food crumbs in it. Not worth the cost.

Very uncomfortable, the facilities were dated which was not a problem but they felt not fit for purpose. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, the shower seal was black and coming away, the bed squeaked and the windows rattled when cars passed. The shower also burnt us as the cable from the shower head knocked the temperature dial, however, shower water should not go hot enough to burn skin.

Avoid this apartment. It is not suitable for anyone to stay in. Before we arrived I got a message to say if we want heating it would be an extra €30 a day-Imagine when weather is so cold in Cortina! The apartment is so old and dated. Lights not working and the couch is horrific. Our electricity went and they were really unhelpful when we called about how to fix the issue and not even apologetic. Hot boiler takes hours to heat so don't count on hot showers! It is so dated and run down. The windows vibrate when cars go past. In my history of using booking.com(which is alot) this is the worst I have ever stayed in!! Oh and don't forget you get a set of instructions of how to clean apartment before you leave or youl be fined €50. We had to wash everything before using because they were dirty!!! Beautiful Cortina... Awful Apartment!
