Bathroom/ shower not the best €3 for a fresh pool towel seems a bit much if you're paying €350 a night for the room!

Absolutely nothing

The location is superb, quietly situated in lovely gardens and olive groves. The view from the pool is the best we’ve ever seen. The room was comfortable and the staff friendly and attentive. Superb evening meals and breakfasts

Nothing serious comes to mind! We had hoped there might be a laundry service there but we made do and our small balcony meant things could be put out to dry easily!

Our two night stay here was lovely and simple. The Villa is beautiful and the rooms are very large. Because it’s an older place, the bathroom was outdated and without windows, but it was in the spirit of the entire place, which was preserved. The pool was exceptional and the breakfast had a good variety.

Perfection.

Enchanting! Secret gardens and magical nooks filled with gorgeous surprises around every corner. Delightful 16th century authentic rooms, updated with respect to their history but with thoughtful renovations. Location is brilliant. A short walk to Montepulciano. Yet if feels a world away from the tourist madness. Feels remote and rural. that pool!! At sunset or for an afternoon swim and nap make for a perfect day. And the staff!! Everyone treated us a special guest with the right balance of comfort and elegant formality. My favorite Tuscan adventure.

Beautiful grounds nestled in a lovely part of Tuscany. We received a grand welcome and a particularly charming interaction with a waiter, who was attentive and obviously took pleasure in doing his job well.

Lovely surreal Tuscany getaway. Team were super accommodating to our every need . In house restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced . Rooms were extremely spacious ( we were in the pink house) .

A small mishap with one of the owners dogs caused some concern, but this was easily remedied with a bottle of the estate wine which was a lovely gesture other than that our stay was perfect.

The swimming pool takes pride of place overlooking the Val di Chiana, however, as we were travelling in April we were not really in the season, another time, perhaps. Our room, at the top of the stairs, in the main house was very comfortable - some people may find the journey a little long. Reception staff were polite, friendly and informative. The outstanding restaurant was an absolute joy both for the extensive breakfasts and dinner, which we had on several occasions all served by an excellent, friendly waiter or the lady from the kitchen. The grounds were particularly lovely and obviously maintained to a high standard. We would definitely go back, if given the chance.

Our room was on the top floor and there isn’t an elevator which was a bit of a challenge.

Beautiful property with a welcoming staff. The restaurant was lovely and convenient offering a very nice breakfast and the opportunity to dine for dinner on premises. The infinity pool was a plus and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Very good location close to the city.

The entire property is very special. The grounds are well maintained and there are so many outdoor areas to relax and explore.

Leaving! The 3 star rating on "Booking" ,it needs to be higher.

The whole thing was very professional, with stunning views and accomodation we didn't want to leave. The facilities include a quality restaurant, beautiful gardens,pool area with an infinity pool with fabulous views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. We stayed in a rustic open plan split level suite, tastefully decorated with exposed brickwork and beams (farm house style) with sumptuous furnishings.

Breakfast and late night dinner at the restaurant on the villa were absolutely wonderful. Great food, local wines from Montepulciano, what else do you need?
