Honestly everything was wonderful, great facilities, great view, great location (only a couple of minutes away from the city centre), great hospitality and great price for value. Would definitely recommend this place! The rooms are modern and clean, parking available for a small fee, flexible check-in and nice breakfast included. Particularly thankful for the sweet receptionist.

Loved the fact this villa was away from the busy centre but close enough to walk from the main part of Sorrento. Our host Gloria and the staff were amazing and very helpful with local information eg. recommended restaurants or transport advice to visit many areas like Pompei, Amalfi etc. Our room was cleaned to a high standard each day. We used the solarium on the roof and loved sitting on the terrace to have breakfast. They went above and beyond.

A little out of the way. Have to get (expensive) taxi’s to go almost anywhere if you aren’t up for long walks.

The property was very bright, clean, quiet and pleasant. Gloria was a phenomenal host! She couldn’t do enough for us.

Rooms could have been a bit larger, but they were very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices, good coffee, friendly service. Location wasn't far from downtown restaurants. Lush grounds, very clean property, very clean rooms. Antonia and Gloria were awesome hosts. Service was great and the added help from Gloria in obtaining taxis and transfers was great. Would stay there again.

This small hotel is a haven of tranquility and yet only a 10-15 min walk to the centre of Sorrento. Gloria and Antonia were fabulous hosts, warm and friendly, looking after us impeccably. I loved them. The hotel was absolutely spotless with a beautiful garden. I thoroughly recommend this gem.

The hotel comes with a lot of rules, making the stay a bit anxiety-inducing. We arrived 30 mins before check-in time (3pm), and tried calling the host and ringing the bell, no response. One of the many rules is you should pay an extra fee (20 euros I think) for early check-in. Upon arrival, you are given a list of other rules -- cars and scooters require extra parking payments (despite there being a large, empty parking area), outside food and drink not permitted, if you want to leave your luggage for a few hours, extra fee. Room itself also average. Bedding = 100% polyester duvet (sweaty). Walls are very thin, can hear everything from the other guests despite there only being one or two other couples booked in. Toiletries provided were all plastic disposable one-use soaps etc., something I last saw in hostels/budget hotels. If I could make some recommendations to management, it would be (1) bundle the 'extras fees' into your room booking price, which is already quite premium for what it is (I had assumed the price was higher due to higher bookings, but the hotel was more than half empty); (2) if worried about overcrowding the parking area, rather than over-charging guests, make sure that those with vehicles confirm with you before arrival so you can let them know there's space or not, or just do a first-come, first-serve; (3) I understand the check-in hours are because their is only one working receptionist, and she's not there the full day, so employ someone to be there between 10am to 3pm to cover that time, or have a morning+afternoon shift for two staff, for the price, it's what guests would expect; (4) replace substandard bedding and toiletries with more comfortable and sustainable options. (5) Allow own food + drink, there is not a 24 hour restaurant, I don't see why guests should be penalized for being hungry and wanting to eat a pizza and have a glass of wine on the balcony.

The property is a short 15 min walk from the center of Sorrento, and we liked being a bit further out whilst still having easy access to restaurants etc. Hotel itself is a pleasant villa surrounded by lemon trees in the garden, clean and tidy. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. The painting and design is done nicely, and the room had a cute balcony overlooking the garden.

On their biggest room, the water pressure at the shower was almost none existent. Requires immediate attention. We complained but they said there was nothing to do about it. When I say low pressure I mean it. It would probably take 30 seconds to fill a coffee cup with the water set to maximum. The other issue was they have no blanket / duvet on the bed. Just a plain sheet. We were freezing at night

It's expensive but Sorrento is an expensive place to choose to stay overall.

The air conditioning was not quite strong enough for us but really nothing to complain about.

Because it was a bit far from the city center it was quiet. Private balcony, nice size room, large shower, few rooms so not crowded or touristy feeling, security felt very safe and nice breakfast and coffee/tea in our room. Gloria was the BEST, she provided personal assistance and helped us with everything we needed and always responded to messages.

You could not eat in the room, which I understand completely, but there was also no outside space on the property where you could enjoy food from elsewhere.

Gloria was amazing, and so welcoming! Very cozy spot in a nice quiet location. Really cool decor and tasty breakfasts!
