Needing to wait for someone to come to ‘checkout' seemed unnecessarily fiddly. Not anyone’s fault but the huge building works and cranes taking up a lot of the view are worth knowing about. They weren’t intrusive other than breaking the view but not sure we’d have rented if we knew about them, or at least would like to have known to make n informed decision.

Fabulous villa with everything you could want available. The 'secret' gate at the end of the garden through the church is worth knowing about as it makes getting to the little shop and the excellent local restaurants very easy. The terrace is lovely.

Fabulous view, wonderful space short walk from the the lake, but very private setting. They cared about details, bottled water, mosquito repellent etc. it felt like home. The host was always available for inquiries. Everything was perfect.

For such a big house, unfortunately the electricity kept cutting out! Was fixed pretty quickly each time but a little inconvenient! Beautiful gardens spoilt by lawns not being mowed. Looked rather untidy!

The house was truely amazing with beautiful views, close to ferry services, and lake area. Great for a family stay as it had huge rooms, good living and eating areas. Also had outdoor areas to sit and have coffees in the morning or wine and dinner at night. If you want somewhere quiet to stay on the lake, but close to the tourist villages, this is the place. Highly recommended.

Simona waited for us at the house at the agreed time and gave a great introduction to the house.

Basement room was very hot, when than fan broke it wasn’t replaced and we were charged for a defected plug.

The overall experience was great. The mattresses were not comfortable compared to other properties of the same quality. A 3 inch foam mattress pad on all the beds would really go a long way toward making the level of comfort match the rest of the villa

The location was excellent. The villa was beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed. The proximity to the ferry was ideal. The availability of local goods was perfect.
