The hotel is a bit old, need a refurnishment mainly the room furnitures (like table and chairs) but also common places like restaurant. It is located just up Capodimonte, a bit far from everything and only reachable after many stairs and narrow street....keep in mind if you travel with little children, old people etc... The restaurant staff was a bit short, the tables were not prepared, some dishes dirty....lack of forks/knifes.....lack of bread (only sandwich bread). The scrambled eggs were cold...no bread gluten free. No vegetal milk. No cacao. A bit expensive for what they offer...the double room costs 188 euros

The beds were great!!!king size and really comfortable. The size of the room and the balcony. I appreciate the quietness and gardens/view of the hotel; from the 5th floor terrace you can enjoy views to Vesubio and all the city and the bay. The WIFI connection was very good. Breakfast buffet combined continental standartd meal and also italian local pastry....but it was monotonous (everyday the same) and missed a more variety of fresh food. A positive point was prepare you true italian coffes (not only machine). For those who travel with family they offer "family rooms" and a "family breakfast ticket" for 23 euros all, very interesting. A very good option if you have car because they offer free parking inside hotel. They have a gym, a bit basic but for me a distinctive facility for a hotel. For runners, Capodimonte park is close. The staff were very kind.

It’s not close area of transportation , which helps keep it quiet, but it’s a little extra work to arrange tours and transportation. Staff helpful with this.

Somewhat difficult to reach City Centre without driving (especially in hot weather as the walk back is quite steep). Would only recommend to people driving as many taxi drivers refused the journey from City Centre to hotel and vice versa. Hotel itself is cosmetically a little dated but everything was fully functional.

Spacious bedroom with everything you need. Restaurant and bar were nice. Hotel was clean and proper during entire stay. Excellent view of the city from Solarium on roof. Staff were all excellent and helpful.

I stayed here last year as well, and it was much better then. This year our room was clean but there was a lot of crawling ants, I didn’t like that too much. Also we had a baby and they don’t have a crib to accommodate. Breakfast wasn’t as good either, as last year. There was some hard boiled eggs and I took 2 only to find they were rotting and smelled so bad. Breakfast was sparse too , looks like it was picked over and they didn’t replenish the the buffet.

I feel like the property isn’t exploited at her full potential. Could definitely be more cosy and chic. Also when we arrived our rooms wasn’t cleaned and was messy. Not a very good first impression but the staff was fair and gave us another room, which was bigger and with a better view.

Every thing is falling apart or dirty, they seem to have just banked on the location and nothing else, the staff are some of the least motivated I’ve seen in Italy .. hygiene, service and food are astonishing

A bit old style, a very strange way of activating the eletricity in the room (I had to find and manually switch on the electricity meter a few times), a bit difficult to reach by car.

The property is in the hills of Naples. While I shuttle may be able to bring you to town, they don’t coordinate a trip back. The breakfast was day old continental pastries, a panini press as a toaster that didn’t work and scrambled eggs that were ice cold. Had dinner at the restaurant and was very disappointed. Pasta dripping in oil and an overpriced seafood dish that was more of an appetizer than a main. This could be a great hotel with better overall standards for quality and regular shuttles to the heart of Naples.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Each single bed was actually a double bed . The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a buffet breakfast , more on the sweet side. The view from the garden was lovely.

Keys were all different, some with large clumsy key chains that would not fit in your pocket - the insert for the lights were awkward, one of ours didn't work, they had to replace it - the power outlets were not standard European or even Italian, like the ones in Rome, the staff had to scramble to find adapters for us to use for the night.

We were only there for a night before a flight to Malta - the room had a view of Vesuvius - had pizza delivered to reception and dined on the rooftop terrace - staff were friendly and helpful - room was comfortable - breakfast was very nice.

the air condition didn’t work, , the shower was leaking all over the cabin, the pipe of the shower was damaged. the location was an issue . But it is closer to Airport so this maybe a plus.

The people , the staff are extremely helpful . the room was big and comfortable, the parking was good, the garden around and the view from the hill. the breakfast that was prepared for us for the early morning flight in the bag was nice.

very old property and they used big classic keys for rooms door, a problem with electricity and the fridge, no AC on May! breakfast was all Carbohydrate and sweet on type of protein. no one responds to Reception telephone o I had to go down stairs to get wifi password.

No AC in may at least and as soon as you open the windows they are thousands of noises (car horn , airplanes soooo close to the hotel , workers ,etc) The eggs and sausages for breakfast was incredibly cold , top that the chef was there yelling to his coworkers in the morning !

The iron and ironing board had gone missing. Staff numbers in restaurant slightly low, but as mid week also not that many dinners.

Nice people. Location convenient to my work colleague to pick up. Amazing view over Napoli. Restaurant food selection seemed good.
