We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

lovely quirky small hotel with a pool, jacuzzi and rooms with views. The restaurant was excellent- really good food and an extensive wine list, served by very knowledgeable staff

GermanyIt is a nice place where we would stay again but not for the price given. For the price we paid, you can ecpext that the Pool is cleaned and the sunbeds are arranged as shown on the pictures. Also no one explained us anything except breakfast times.
Very lovely place. Extremely clean and you see everywhere that the owners maintain it by heart. Rooms very clean and with a separate terrace to grant your own space. Breakfast is very cute with a selection of everything you need and a lot if homemade stuff. The homemade bread is super delicious. Also the Restaurant is recommendable and the politeness and attentiveness is to be mentioned!

Switzerlandthe wifi is not available in the rooms and is not the strongest in the shared spaces either. The pool is quite small and is uncomfortable to use in the presence of other guests. The towels in the room were changed every second day but some of them did not smell very fresh
very nice staff, good breakfast, lots of privacy, walking distance to beautiful sand dunes. we had drinks from the bar in the evenings and were always offered a complementary plate of delicious appetizers

The staff here are fantastic, really empathetic, kind and lovely they made our stay great. Emanuele speaks good English too, which helped. The history of the Villa itself as well as outstanding sea views were amazing as was the dinner, wow and drinks too (yes we were half board). Breakfast was as you'd expect, could be better (maybe) but they aren't from England so we understand. It was also really hot when we stayed there so sleep was always a challenge, unless we tried some of their amazing alcoholic fruit shots, again another great experience! The parking was fine too. All in all our 4 night stay here was great, we could return.....

LatviaSmall things that need fixing: outside doors were not opening fully but got stuck in the floor, curtain at the entrance door were broken, thus hanging sadly half way, male people who served seemed to be a bit emotional, most of the request they instantly started with the response - no, it is not possible. We need a receipt 🧾 for the stay & asked to be given proper documents. The young man who was on duty that morning came up with all sort of excuses not to produce such a document in particular & paper format & in unpleasant way. So, customer service could be improved.
The view from the room was superb, the nicely surrounding garden 🪴 is pleasant to walk through, room is clean. Breakfast restaurant place overlooks garden & beach. Close by, on the other side is huge sand beach, easy to reach…by car 🚙. Rooms have water boiling facilities.
