Massimo made a perfect little place in the centre of San Miniato. First impression was great even before we arrived, since he sent very detailed and useful guidance on how to approach the house, where to park, wi-fi code - everything! He was thinking on every single detail, and our stay was really exceptional, with beautiful view from the terrace. Massimo was always available when needed, with great recommendations on how to enjoy Tuscany. Strong, strong recommendation!

Location of the property, View from the backyard at night was really awesome and romantic. Ideal for couples and small families. The host was exceptionally helpful in guiding us with our parking and finding the property.

To show my opinion is real and not written by robots I can mention two things that can be improved here:1. have coffee machine inside and 2. cut a little bit trees in garden to uncover and populate this beautiful view.

Very good support from the host, perfect location, very cheap parking well located. Beautiful city, perfect for drone amatours, close to good food with beautiful view. . Well equipt apartment with soul. Perfect place I can recommend. 20 minutes to Vespa Museum, close to Pisa, Volterra, and others. Amazing views.

Perfect location. Right in the middle of the town. Stunning view. Huge inside (for 2 people it was beyond ample ... maybe a bit squishy for more than four?) Wish we couldve stayed longer. Only issue: Slight unpleasant odour on the balcony when the wind is in the wrong direction, but likely from somewhere below. Slightly spoils an otherwise perfect sitting spot. Not sure theres much the host could do to fix that though. :( You may have to mess around with finding nearby parking, but thats to be expected given the location.

The noise of the neigbours during the day. I was afraid it would continue during the night, but it was quiet, so no big deal.

I liked the very clever or nice details like the parking nearby with the lift (which was not working at the time, bit no big deal), the many options to charge the devices, Netflix on the tv, the terrace with view and the online tool which provided all the information we needed for our stay in San Miniato.

The location of the apartment is in the heart of the old city of San Miniato. It is easy to find and nearby available parking. Check-in was simple and we were provided a door code. This meant we could check in ourselves. We stayed during the truffle fest and the owner was willing to assist us in finding suitable alternative parking, so our car would not be parked in an unauthorized location. The kitchen is spacious as is the remainder of the apartment.

We had a most comfortable stay at Vicolo dell’Inferno. Everything was new, modern and high tech. The apartment is literally right in front of a square with restaurants and cafes, although there are others nearby too. San Miniato has some very good restaurants especially if you like truffles. We can recommend this apartment for a short stay on a trip around Toscana for a couple with one not too young child. The second bedroom is small but cosy and cute. The free parking lot is quite nearby. You can unload and then drive to the lot. Get instructions from the owner.

Clean, comfortable and cozy. Massimo is a great host and the house was ready for us (Family of 5) with attention to the smallest detail. Checkout was in the morning, but Massimo invited us to stay till late afternoon, if we were still in the area and needed access. Just superb hospitality.
