Beautiful apartment with everything you could ask for. Close to parking for our car. Close to the beginning of Venice. Location was fantastic. No having to carry luggage far. Valentina was an excellent host. Really lovely lady!! Very knowledgeable 😀 Nothing too much trouble. She organised a special parking spot for our sports car! Really appreciated this!! Would definitely go back here.

Very nice place! Even had a stroller that we could use and umbrellas. There was complementary coffee, water,juice and lots of other sweats. The owner was great and explained everything you needed to know and was very helpful. Would definitely come back again. Perfect stay with children :)

Our host was very friendly and gave us a 20min overview of Venice, alongside her personal recommendations and suggestions for our itinerary. She was very accommodating to our needs as well, and communicated with us very clearly. The place was exactly as described and more, some items that we especially liked were the comfortable beds, the coffee machine, and the foosball table. Everything was very neat and clean as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

We liked it all!

Valentina maintained excellent communication prior to and during the stay. She helped us procure a taxi. The apartment was clean and artfully appointed using space conservation with modern compact design. We did not travel with children, however there were games, umbrellas, toys, books and amusements available for children. As tall adults, we felt comfortable in the beds, bathroom and shower. Everything was clean and the snacks and beverages in the refrigerator were a lovely surprise! Great location for arrivals off of the train and catching a 4:00 taxi in the morning for the airport. We would stay there again and recommended the location to others.

Though the apartment is not very spacious, the interior design definitely helps, especially if your kids are very little, they will definitely like it!!!

This really was our home away from home as we explored Venice. Valentina is amazing host with brilliant tips and recommendations about what to do/see and were to eat. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable. Could not have asked for more.

Not one thing we didn’t like other than wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved loved this unit. Great for our family of 4. Had everything needed for a short or longer stay . Wish we could have stayed longer. So many thoughtful added touches such as great local recommendations, coffee teas, waters treats. Extra toiletries were lovely. She got my daughter a special gift upon arrival. Loved seeing so many extras at the unit that we didn’t even need ( baby gear, board games, apron, books ). Valentina reserved for us our early morning transfer. She was informative, quick responses. She makes the stay fabulous. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked beautifully.

Excellent Apartament . All what is needed is available-including parking in the same building with 10% discount !!! Valentina (owner of the apartment) gives the best tips/advices what and how visit Venice!!! Location is excellent- 15-20 min walk distance from Sant Marco square. In the Apartament small gifts for kids🥰!!! Definitely I will come back!! Only bad (upstairs)could be more comfortable;)!

I would appreciate a proper night stand near the bed. Also, is a matter of taste, but I felt that that the mattress was too soft for our taste.

A perfect stay for our family of 3 for our three days in Venice. Valentina, the host, is a enthusiast, happy, positive and passionate person, so if it wasn't for her advices, we wouldn't been in the Cannaregio neighborhood...twice in a row 😀. Really beautiful. So, thank you for that and listen to her, she KNOWS Venice. The apartment is exactly like you see in the pictures, perfect for family with 1-2 little kids. The location is perfect, near the Piazzale Roma bus and vaporetto station. You got all what you need, I even saw a stroller somewhere 😁
