Everything!!! Very nicely located. Just 100m from San Zaccarria stop. Very clean and beautiful apartment. It was on the first floor, so not too many stairs. Wide entrance. Loved it!! Stefano was an amazing host. Our flight got delayed by 2hrs due to which we reached at 2am. He was very helpful and helped us to check in. We were already in contact via whatsapp, communication was excellent.

There was a rumour in the morning form the construction works nearby, but I believe bis a temporary problem. The neighborhood itself is very calm.

This is an elite class luxury apartment. It is more beautiful in real, lot more than I expected. When I met Stefano the owner, I told him that his apartment is so beautiful that we feel like spending most of the time here rather than seeing Venice. My children loved it too. I can still remember the warm welcome with a soothing and inviting fragrance coming from reed diffusers kept everywhere from downstairs to and inside the apartment. Not to worry about climbing the stairs as the apartment is on the first floor. There are no apartments on ground floor. There are only 2 huge apartments in total including this one on the first floor so the whole area is yours and is very secured.The owner has taken care of every single thing in detail. You fill find markers, lint rollers, tape, measuring scale, beautiful crockery, detergent, dishwashing liquid. I chose this as a mid stop just to do my laundry during my one month tour of Europe as I mostly opt for hotels. To my surprise this was more than a 5 star hotel. It can easily accommodate 5 people as it has 3 bedrooms. You will find 2 King beds and 1 single bed. Washing machine was superb. Everything looked new. The owner has maintained the premises so well. This apartment gave us great ideas about home organizing. The walls are actually storage where i found a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning materials.The hand wash smelled so refreshing. The door lock was exceptional. You just need to insert a USB-like key and it unlocks like a vault. Loved this idea. We had a wonderful experience and a very friendly host Stefano who guided us well about which restaurants to go to. We loved the food and our stay was fabulous. Would definitely recommend to friends and families. To Stefano: 'hats off to your full dedication and hard work in making our stay so memorable. Keep it up!' 👏

Beautiful and luxurious. Stefano was very welcoming and gave a very good tour of the apartment on check-in. Very convenient location for transport, restaurants, shopping and sight-seeing.

Stefano is one of the friendliest hosts we have ever met. He was really responsive, very helpful and flexible with a very very late check-in. The apartment is huge, with comfy beds, a big living room and well appointed kitchen. It’s perfect for a family or group of friends. The location is perfect for exploring Venice on foot but also really convenient for taking the ferries around Venice and the outer islands. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The location was amazing. Just next to San Marco square. If you have a small child and you are not going to be a able to walk long distances then this place is ideal. Stefano was an incredible host. He explained everything when we met. He suggested a amazing restaurant that we visited twice and is off the touristic path and full of local Italians. Giardinetto is called and it is highly recommended. I left quite a lot of cash in the apartment and Stefano was so kind to transfer the money into my bank account the next day!! I cannot thank you enough and thank you for the hospitality. Ci vediamo !

The beautiful venetian apartment is situated in the heart of Venice, within a couple of mins walk to St Mark’s Square and Piazza San Marco. The accommodation is comfortable, spacious and well equipped with everything you need including high speed WIFI, Air Conditioning, security precautions etc. Stefano was wonderful and provided us with great recommendations of places to explore during our time in Venice. Exceptional apartment, would highly recommend!

You gotta be pretty picky to find something here.

Pretty much everything was great. The apartment, which has separate access to all rooms from a generous hallway, is very spatious and incredibly well decorated, in an authentic venetian style. It has 2 rooms, one with a large double bed and another bigger room with extendable sofa, but quite a comfortable one. From this bigger room, there is like an annex room, pretty small, with a single bed, but seems ok for a child or for when you snore more than ur wife can handle. Also, there are 2 bathrooms (but only one of them has shower/bathtub). Communication with Stefano was smooth. Btw…it s like 2 or 3 minutes of walking from San Marco and Doge Palace.

The accommodation is situated in the heart of Venice which was very convenient for my little group. The apartment was cozy, clean and spacious, it was perfect for four of us... Our host, Stefano was very kind and helpful throughout, he made it super easy for us to get the keys and allowed us to store our luggage when we checked out so we could have one last stroll down the street of Venice. We feel really pleased with our selection and are planning to be back next year. :-)

We did a lot of research to find this lovely apartment. We wanted somewhere conveniently placed to explore the island but off the main passages and quiet. The apartment fulfilled these criteria perfectly. It is close to San Zaccaria water bus stops, St Mark’s Square, and the Rialto Bridge, and easy to walk to other areas and restaurants. Stefano was extremely helpful and welcoming. We planned to take the bus from Marco Polo airport to the island, but Stefano put forward an option of catching a water bus from the airport to San Zaccaria. We chose the Alilaguna service, which although not the fastest, does provide an excellent perspective on the lagoon and the other islands and we would recommend. Stefano met us at the San Zaccaria stop and walked us the short distance to the apartment. The apartment itself did not disappoint. It is well equipped, including the functional kitchen, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. City supermarkets are generally small and limited but the Coop at Piazzale Roma is large and well stocked. We will definitely book this apartment for our next visit to Venice.

The location was perfect for visiting Venice--so close to St. Mark's Square and the vaporetto stop. The apartment was so beautiful and the beds were very comfortable! Stefano was wonderful to meet us and help us with the washing machine. Great visit!
