Sofa bed was not comfortable, other than that it was nice. Beware of the pinpockets in the bus specially at rush hours.

Location is in a quiet part of Mestre, getting to the city is not very complicated, there are different options from the train station to the buses.

A great location with transport means into Venice within easy walkable reach. The apartment was nice inside and very clean and the host very attentive and helpful. All round great stay!

The proper bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for adults. Perhaps it's ok for young kids.

The apartment was newly renovated and very clean. The location was great for going into Venice by bus. The number code was very convenient.

Very loud at evenings due to the restaurant right under the apartment, sleep is possible only after 12 o`clock when it closes and staff goes home. Extremely hard bed, feels like sleeping on board. Kitchen cookware set should be replaces, worn out.

Location is good to explore Venice. Bus 7 station is nearby, train station in walking distance. Room size was good for 4 person family.

All good. Would have been nice to have a dishcloth and a little bit of fairy liquid and tea towel for the kitchen as it is not something you would expect to buy when you just arrive in the country for a couple of nights

It was a bit of a walk to the train station and we didnt enjoy the walk there. The streets were very quiet day & night which we believe was due to the bank holiday weekend. Not much amenities nearby.

The apartment was big and spacious. There was 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In the living room, there was a sofabed and a single bed. The beds was comfy and towels was provided. We didnt cook so couldnt say whether enough pots and pans etc was included. There was an automatic air freshener on top of the kitchen cupboard that freshened the room at set times. The bathroom and toilet was a good size. The outside surroundings looked good and a school is nearby but as we went during bank holiday weekend, we didnt see any students until the day we left and the streets livened up as it was very quiet.

The apartment is really good: very fresh, stylish, comfy. Located in quite and safe residential area. Close to tram and bus stops, railway station is in walking distance. Convenient with a code instead of a physical key. Would absolutely stay again and can recommend.

A sponge for the kitchen would be great, also the walls are very thin so you can hear if someone is moving furniture like chairs. Aside from these facts it was perfect!

The modern Design and the loaction were just perfect for wanting to visit Venice!! Also the Staff was very kind, when you need advice from the Owner about sight seeing, food and transportation he gave good tips right away!!

Not an issue but there was only 1 bathroom but it was fine as we were only there for a couple of nights.

The apartment is in a good location to the train station and bus stops to go into Venice. Giacomo was very helpful and maintained great communication before we got to the apartment, once we were there he met us at the property and then provided us with information to get around Venice, places to eat, etc. In a nutshell a very nice place to stay in a beautiful city...

Тhe stay was without breakfast...but the location is wonderful(quiet place)...Very close to everything - a few minutes walk to the Bus Station, Railway Station, Shops and bus stop to Venice...In the same building downstairs is also a great restaurant "ANTICA HOSTARIA DANTE ALIGHIERI'- with wonderful CUISINE and SERVICE...Тhe owner of the residence - Mr.GIACOMO is a very kind and responsive man - ready to help on time and in any way..
