The noise! Definitely bring ear plugs! It was very loud due to other guests. The walls are thin and so we could hear the man next door snoring. Plus one night some guests came home late and the noise outside our room from them talking woke us all up.

Great location in a local neighbourhood. Good restaurants all within walking distance. We loved being able to sit on the small balcony and watch the boats on the canal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a communal fridge outside our room which was useful. The room was slightly dated but quirky. It was comfortable and clean.

No elevator. Also, the walk from the piazzole roma / parking garage was 19 min. The walk is not horrible just pack light because there are a few set of stairs.

Beautiful decor and felt like home. It’s a hotel but with an airbnb vibe. Clean. My room had a full/queen bed and 2 twin daybeds for family of 4. Decent space. Toiletries provided. The location was near a good amount of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. I loved my stay here.

Very nice host who met us early and held our bags until the room was ready. We enjoyed the location; not terribly crowded but had nice restaurants and shops. Easy to use the water bus to get to central areas. We had a view of a canal which is nice. The water bus drop off from the airport is fairly close also.

This was a perfect spot for my husband and myself, and our 2 adult children. We were able to share 1 room comfortably. It was in a convenient location to arrive from the airport, and to leave from the train station. The hosts allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check out which was a huge bonus!

We loved our stay. The owners were so kind and accommodating and gave great recommendations. The location was far enough from the busy areas so it wasn’t loud but still close to train station and hot spots. We came for our honeymoon and they welcomed us with Prosecco to enjoy on our balcony overlooking the canal. Highly recommend for any couple.

Noise from outside - no double glazing.

Location in quieter part of Venice with good restaurants nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful though didn’t see much of them as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel. Canal view was nice but came at the cost of street noise

Location was great if you like a little more quiet surroundings. Great owners and very helpful They are next to couple of restaurants all of them nice, good food and more realistic on prices compared with restaurants from Canale Grande which can skin you double time.

Great place right on the canal in the more local Cannaregio district. Beautiful view, lovely clean room would highly recommend if you want a calm part of Venice to escape too after the madness of San Marco.

Although there are many restaurants surrounding the stay. It is a little walk to the main centre of Venice.

Venezia canal exceeded all expectations, our room had an amazing view of the canal. The cleanliness and tidiness of the space was impeccable and it felt very welcoming and well maintained. The staff were the highlight of the experience. They were warm, friendly and always available if needed, offering local tips and ensuring everything went smoothly.

My friend stayed in the room downstair which is near the street so it was a bit loud. Room doors are loud and you can hear people talking. The test are good.

Location is good and near good restaurant and cafe. Staff is really helpful - would give her 👍👍👍.
