My friend stayed in the room downstair which is near the street so it was a bit loud. Room doors are loud and you can hear people talking. The test are good.

The location was quiet and clean. The owners who are husband and wife were fantastic, they made us feel welcome and recommended a few restaurants nearby. Great location where it is not as touristy, but is off of the beautiful canal and has great local Venezian restaurants close by.

Our very, very brief stay at this small hotel on a canal in Venice was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in one of the city's most picturesque neighborhoods, its location was a dream for exploring Venice. A stone’s throw from major attractions and historic sites, we were able to walk/boat everywhere – the Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s Square, and countless hidden gems. Convenient access to water transportation meant that even the most tucked-away corners of Venice felt within reach. The hotel itself was a perfect blend of Venetian charm and modern comfort. The attention to detail was truly impressive, from the simple yet elegant décor to the modern plumbing. Each corner felt carefully curated to reflect the beauty of Venice, creating an atmosphere that was both intimate and luxurious. Complimentary espresso in the main lobby too! After a day of sightseeing, taking a late-night stroll around Cannaregio and its quiet canals was an unforgettable experience. The neighborhood felt safe and enchanting, offering a peaceful contrast to the busy daytime crowds. It’s rare to find a place that balances being so close to the action yet still feels like an oasis. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back. This hotel is a hidden treasure in Venice, and it made our visit absolutely magical! Highly recommended.

The room way surpassed expectations actually a lot bigger than the photos showed with super facilities I would highly recommend this accommodation and if we return we will defiantly be staying here again
