Beautifully presented hotel. Very clean and tidy and the hotel was beautifully decorated. Rooms were very spacious and beds and pillows were the best I’ve slept on, in any hotel. Reception staff were all very friendly also.

Gorgeous hotel in an excellent location. Approachable, helpful and friendly staff. Short walk from lots of restaurants and the city centre. Area felt very safe. Room was exceptional - neat & tidy and modern.

We loved everything! The cleanness, the staff, the breakfast food. They were all sooo helpful, nice, and accommodating 🙏🏼 This is the best hotel we have ever visited! The location is PERFECT! 10min walk to Spanish steps, or 15min walk to Colloseum. Posh area, very fancy, but with great normal prices. Aboslutely perfect.

Fabulous location, with great staff. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay at their hotel. Lots of good eating places nearby as well as convenience stores and a supermarket. Easy walking to many of the tourist spots. Couldn’t fault the hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great location, 5 min Walk to Fontana di Trevi Also has a bus stop right in front the hotel Cozy freshly renovated hotel with lovely staff We got an early check in (our flight was in 6 in the morning ) and we were lucky to get an upgrade for free - could not be more pleased

Is is close to Termini Train station but far away from touristic places and metro station. Quiet area. They could improve the cleaning and painting in the common areas because it looks old and hotel is really very nice

We are early risers and would have appreciated mini milk sachets provided on a daily basis so we could enjoy a good cup of tea/coffee on waking up.

Nothing really

Incredible value for money - super quiet, clean and spacious for Rome. Its a bit further away from the spots, but if you dont mind walking a couple more steps, it definitely worth it. You can catch a bus, but walking is so much more nicer. Breakfast was enough as well and plenty to get by mid afternoon.

The rooms are cleaned everyday and the cleaning is superb. The hotel is 12 minutes walk from the Spanish steps. In the neighborhood you will find everything you need. Bus station 1 min walk.

We were given a room for disabled people, which is very close to the elevator and stairs. Very noisy, all the noise comes from the door. Early in the morning we heard people talking, walking past or vacuuming.

Flexible check-in at the reception. Clean and big room. Location is great in a nice neighbourhood. Close to historic attractions and train station. You can walk everywhere from the apartment. Friendly staff. We could store our bags upon arrival which helped us a lot.

Maybe some more coffee sachets in the room but there was coffee downstairs so that makes up for it

Late check in was a great start. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was lovely size. Very clean and our room got upgraded. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked nice when we went to grab a coffee in the morning. We had a couple hours after checkout to do some more sight seeing and we were able to leave our suitcases at reception.
