We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHad to push hard to open the room. The shower door wasn’t tight enough so the water would come out on the floor. Hot water was out of order one afternoon, but they fixed it in half hour. The reception was empty at 5am and the door was locked so wouldn’t be able to get out of hotel, waited till 7am and in the end rang the reception phone number to get help.
The staffs were very friendly and love to help. I adored the modern design and lighting of bathroom, and the room was spacious. It’s a lovely room and mattress was comfy. Breakfast was good with many things to choose from, and I liked the breakfast venue. Housekeeping lady worked hard to clean and tidy the room. Gym was small but provided a relax place for me to stretch. I ordered a body massage and I loved it (needed to book in advance). The rooftop view was stunning!

United KingdomWe stayed for 6 nights and though it was nice, the breakfast selection didn't vary throughout the week. It took a while to be offered hot drinks every morning - would be better to have a tea/coffee station available for guests to use themselves. The room was comfortable but bathroom was small & fairly basic.
Quiet location out of town with easy walking distance to restaurants, beaches etc. We appreciated the free parking which was only a few minutes' walk away. The rooftop area was very nice but.

United StatesThe property is a boutique hotel so it’s on the smaller size, but this is not a problem. There was not much we didn’t like.
Beautiful location close to the waterfront. Fantastic staff, especially the front desk and the breakfast staff. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and courteous. We had some trouble with parking but the staff was very helpful and found us parking about 500 meters from the hotel. It was quite confusing at first but the front desk was very courteous and helped solve the issue. The breakfast was a varied buffet with lots of fresh items, fruits and juices.
