The location is a bit out of the centre, but this is not a big problem. For the rest no other negative things except one small detail that the door was left "unlocked" by the cleaning crew (night lock - the doors were left on the day lock after cleaning).

Pool was nice and clean Staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with There is enough room outside the facility to park your (rental) car. Should this be needed, there is a small shop just across the street, bigger shops are easily reachable by car. The food was also good and sufficiently refilled (buffet style).

I had to change rooms as 1st room seemed to have lots of mosquitoes.2nd room(222) needed some work , wall paper was peeling and woodwork needed attention . Was also smaller than previous stays

This was my 3rd visit as previous visits really impressed me . Staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble . Great breakfast and other meals good value for money

The apartments were very comfortable, the pool was great for the kids and had spa for adults. The buffet was also great and with different thematic food every night. The stuff was very nice and the cleaning was daily. The cleaning lady reorganised the order of the apartment cleaning to not disturb our baby during nap time.. just great! No comolains at all.

Wifi is pure garbage I think it was last time as well in the rooms better you get a local simcard with 4G. Jacuzzi was not working and not fixed for 5 days while I been there. Saying that the coffee machine is for "premium" guests only who have dinner lunch included at the breakfast is ridiculous, we will use it anyway. As both the orange/mango juice a sugary filth there is constant line waiting for the fresh orange press machine every morning, maybe consider buying a second one. I was told that for 20 EUR both lunch and dinner are included while this is not true only one and if you pay that only includes a single drink. TBH this quality of food what they serve does not worth that much.

This hotel might be just an average 3 star but I'm impressed about the quality of the daily room cleaning, all the shower gels, towels etc replaced it's better than what I seen in many 4-5 star hotels. The breakfast is quite ok, staff is helpful and friendly. Bus service provided to and from the 2 major beaches in the area ... for those it may concern. I will not look any further for accommodation than this when I visiting Maspalomas next time than this.

Lunch and dinner we’re not great, and it was quite the walk (45min) to town. There are busses, but you need to plan accordingly making it difficult to be spontaneous.

I was in a junior suite. It was quite basic but clean and comfortable enough. I would consider this a 3 star resort (I think it is advertised as 4 stars) but felt the price I paid was appropriate to the stay I experienced. A small fee is charged for using the safe in the room (2.50 Euro per day).

I loved that this was a small and quiet resort. You can walk around the entire grounds in less than 5 mins. There is no evening entertainment or children's entertainment during the day in or around the pool / public areas and the music around the pool during the day isn't intrusive, which was perfect for me. Simply put it is a very peaceful and quiet resort and perfect for relaxing in. The resort is nicely laid out with beautiful gardens. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly on every occasion I interacted with them. My room was cleaned every day.

Food sometimes lukewarm. 40 minutes walk from town although free bus in the mornings (not in the afternoon).

All inclusive cocktails made by staff rather than from a machine. Staff were generally lovely. Plenty of sunbeds Freshly squeezed orange juice Coffee from machine good. Rooms cleaned daily.

Loud music playing continually at breakfast and near pool. Very unhelpful receptionist who would not extend checkout by one hour. Had to pay 2.50 euros per day just to hire the key in order to use safe plus 20 euros deposit. Pool was very cold.

It was clean, lovely grounds, comfortable beds, a good breakfast and a good base for exploring the island. You definitely need a car though as not much within walking distance.

The interior of bungalows are outdated, the furniture is old fashioned and needs an upgrade. The room lights and power plugs are in poor condition. There are no water glasses provided.

We liked the green oasis, plants and design of hotel, the buffet was nice and enjoyable. The location is distanced from city center, but shuttle buses are provided. Good hotel for ones who prefers quite stay.

Food was average. Location was fine for us but if you want to be in the middle of the action, this place isn't for you.

The pool area was lovely but the pool itself was always very cold - maybe we should have expected this for January! Rooms were comfy, spacious and clean although all rooms are two single beds pushed together - not an actual double. Breakfast was okay, some mornings hot food was not that fresh. Location was good - we could walk to the beautiful beach near Meloneras in about 30 mins and Playa del Ingles in about 30 mins too.

The interior is a little bit outdated and not cozy, however the little garden and the facility itself is well maintained. The beach is quite far away so you need to use a shuttle or your own car to get there.

The garden and swimming pool are nice. Friendly and helpful staff.
