I asked for accommodation for non smokers ( I hoped that if they asked me about this before my arrival in the online check-in ans during actual check-in at reception that I would not have three different smokers on the right side of terrace and chain-smokers from Sweden on left side. Basically I couldn’t open window and no chance to use terrace from 7am till 11pm. After arrival I was not able to open the door of appt 314 so I had to go back to reception and wait for maintenance worker. After watching the Spanish personnel trying to somehow open door and windows for 20minutes I was given appt 301 with a view of gate/entrance to hotel and parking place ( with explanation that this one is even more quiet that I could not believe and had to listen to cars arriving between 4:30-6:30 ). Next day they moved me again. It surprised me that the electronic door-look with keyboard was fixed by drilling a hole for normal lock with key. Also after a few days the personnel decided to wash the antique greyish plastic chairs to make them look white again….which never returned back my terrace, so after two days I went to “steal” chairs from another - unoccupied apartment. Similarly as last year, in the restaurant was enough food, but the plates and bowls were constantly missing, no matter whether you arrived to breakfast at 8am, 9am or 10am. Also since last year they were not able to fix holes and potholes and loosen tiles on pavement at front of the hotel so you have to be very careful when walking/returning from beach and/or town after sunset.

There wasn't much we didn't like , the rooms could have really used tea making facilities. Next time we will bring a travel kettle. Also there were no drawers for smaller items of clothing , only wardrobes so we had to leave our swimwear etc in our cases.

Beautiful grounds , pool area lovely , everything spotless. The staff were very friendly and cheerful from reception down to ladies that cleaned the rooms everyday . Would highly recommend this Hotel. We will be coming back.

Sometimes, there were ants and cockroaches in our bathroom but it’s because of the location of the suite hotels. Also the staff sometimes do not what they are told when you request or ask something and they promise they’ll do it. The location is nice but would be better if you drive as we took taxi everywhere.However there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to specific locations. The dinner was mostly fried food, like chips ,pizza,nuggets,i wanted more food like pasta,spaghetti ,so I’m glad I didn’t get all inclusive.

I like the area, the pool and the view was nice. The receptionist is also very lovely. The suite are really nice,although maybe a tiny bit dull in some rooms. The breakfast was nice, and there was a variety of foods.

Nothing - loved it.. There is a small refrigerator in the room. I would wish for. a microwave. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel with reasonable rates and lovely food near the Sand Dunes.

Very nice suite hotel, reception outstanding, staff is welcoming, food is excellent quality and pool complex is quite nice. Helpful complimentary bus to two beaches. Area is amazing right by the sand dunes. Highly recommend.

Some areas look like they need some TLC. Rust around mirror in bathroom, peeling wallpaper behind bed, some sun loungers near pool. Could do with a bigger variety of food choices for buffet. Tiny ant infestation in room meaning if you put anything on the coffee table or sink the ants were on it.

Fantastic staff who were friendly and willing to help. Good size room complete with fridge and aircon. Nice pool (not heated) and jacuzzi. Rooms come with little patio area to sit out on and have a table and sun parasol. Bed comfortable. Lots of seats available for both the restaurants and sun loungers.

Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, and the hotel should improve the cleaning of the rooms and common areas.

The location is quite off, if you don't have a car or scooter you will have to walk distances to reach anything. Good for those who never leave the property 😅 Might get annoying when little children are your neighbors

Cleanliness of the room can be improved. On the day we arrived, I found a plastic bag under the bed. The children's playground needs to be refurbished.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind at all times. The room is very spacious. The pool is also great.

Location is not that good. Nothing really close (restaurants, bars, shopping). If you have a car it doesn't matter. Gym equipment ran down.

Definitely the pool. It's really huge with an embedded whirlpool. The staff is really friendly, especially in the restaurant but also the animation, the cleaning ladies, gardeners, reception. The selection of the food in the morning but also for dinner is great. Great taste and variety of the meal. You can eat well there. Different things to do, like table football, billiard, table tennis, gym. No use of a key (instead a password), so no search of key necessary.

Very cold pool with limited umbrellas for shade.bed sheets not changed within the 7 night stay. room cleaned daily but minimal effort. location of our bungalow was poor with no outlook as it was facing the car park. we found this disappointing. Due to this, we did not stay within the complex in the evenings or eat lunch or dinner there .

The apartment was a good size.mimi bar fridge Welcomed. Technical problems were fixed promptly.
