It is sad that the pool is open until 7pm only, hopefully they will consider late closing for summer season.

We only stayed for 1 night however, this accommodation didn’t disappoint us. We love the junior suite with 2 single beds in first level then upstairs is the double bed, each has its own TV and wardrobes. The bathroom is spacious too with good hot water. They have good breakfast selections. There’s a sport area by the beach where you can play soccer or volleyball. Highly recommend especially if you have kids.

The worst thing is there were millions mosquitoes in the hotel room, we were beaten so much (all over body and face) that looked very horrible after holiday. Also misunderstandings on the beach who and where can and can't use sunbeds.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful, delicious breakfast, convenient location and easy to get from Pisa Airport by public transport. It is a good place to spend some time with your family. The cocktails on the beach are very tasty.

Hard to locate resort on map, access to the beach cost extra (the description of hotel implied that it was included), many mosquitoes. The stairs in our particular room appeared to need repairs.

The ambiance of the resort is strange, the rooms are big, but very stark, and the front desk staff can be rude.

This hotel has amazing potential. It feels like they almost have it figured out. The beach is lovely, and the buffet breakfast is great!

- noisy aircondition. AC was not possible regulare fully in room. Always have to reguest reception - poor cleaning - without allinclusive - not possible to eat alternatively. Restaurants to far 3-5 km - the sea already by small waves guite dirty /sand/.

Our booking included breakfast .we thought we can use the hotel restaurant if we paid. We were NOT told at the time of booking that if you do not have all inclusive booking you cannot have any other meal from the restaurant. The staff who booked as in said u can pay at the restaurant at the time of the meal. On the day of arrival we went at 8pm to have a meal at the restaurant but then the receptionist said u cannot use the restaurant. We had to hire a taxi for 20 euros to go to livorno to have a meal. Not convenient at all. Some staff do not know a single English word which can be a problem as well.

The resort is clean and well kept. Room is spacious and we had a patio as well. Beach is very nearby and playing area is good.

No very welcoming staff, no information provided regarding what’s in the area how to get around bus times where to get taxis etc. Language issues they didn’t speak English & us no no Italian. Huge bedrooms & we could have all fit 3 5 people so disappointed that I had to pay for 2 rooms. Our flight was in the early hours so asked if we could get a refund or drinks or money towards drinks food etc & weren’t very helpful.

outside space was grubby, no view. pool was small and not enough loungers. charged €20 to park on site. too far away from restaurants and bars. we found the staff rather rude. couldn’t check in until 5pm and check out was strictly 10am.

Not great in terms of interior design in public areas, which is worn down. Horrible breakfast buffet, with a long line for a simple coffee because it was only being made in the adjacent cafe by hand cup by cup.

The rooms were nice, big and clean and seemed newly renovated. Friendly and helpful manager at check-in.

My husband and I have been in the hotel one week ago ( 6-12.08.2023) .The hotel is located in a very boring area. The hotel receptionists are incompetent to give any advice about attractions around and also they are incompetent in general for everything This hotel is the worst hotel We have ever stayed in . We have traveled around Europe and We have been to many places .For the car park we paid extra 10 euros per night If you want to use the hotel’s private beach sunbed and sun umbrella are paid extra 25 euros per day. The staff bothered us at breakfast to tell us that this table was not our table, even though no one had an assigned table. The value for money is not covered I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never myself return to there again
