We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was in a good location if you don’t want to fight for parking. Very practical and 2 min away from the old town parking.

United KingdomNot their fault of course but it’s difficult to walk into town. Although it’s not far the route is over a motorway bridge which has no pavement . Good alternative is the tuktuk taxi, 10 euros one way (for two).
Nice modernised hotel just outside the town . Room and facilities as would be expected. Good breakfast.

Czech RepublicThe room facilities are a bit outdated, the balcony was not possible to use because of the smokers from other rooms and very noisy highway right in front of the hotel. It is not possible to walk from the hotel to the sea or the city centre, only by car!
The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good and rich (the best croissants we ever had), the pool area is also very nice :) Plenty of secure parking space at the hotel property! The price for the night is also very affordable.

AustraliaAmple parking available on site. As we arrived in Bari on a late evening flight & didn't arrive @ the hotel till after midnight, the 24 hour check in was great for us. Breakfast was very good & the staff were very attentive, helpful & ensured everything was replenished & available. It wasn't swimming weather but the pool area looked inviting. The bed was very comfortable & two pillow choices were provided which was excellent

United KingdomNot well noise insulated from the other rooms. It's a house with 4 suites around a common area and if you are unlucky and have noisy neighbours then it can be an issue. I had a couple next door who banged around talking in loud voices till they left at midnight after which the it was very quiet.
Very nicely set up, lovely bathroom. Perfect for a short stay. The people were nice especially the cleaning lady.

The exterior of the hotel looks very nice and cozy. The area around the pool is very nice, music plays and it's a pleasure to relax. Rooms are clean.
