We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great resort-style place with lovely surrounds. Situated in the middle of olive trees in peaceful setting. 10 min drive from Ostuni. Room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Had a very nice dinner at the restaurant. Roberta was more than happy to adjust dishes on request. Amazing spread for breakfast.

United KingdomAnything you order is one off so it's one small scrambled egg, 1 small piece of foccacia rather then accomodate the number of people at the table so bare in mind. It would be good if they had a coffee menu as our interpretations of their coffees are different. The rooms are not that well insulated so it's very noisy.
Breakfast was limited but it was nice. The cakes were great and always a nice selection in am. The staff were fab. So friendly. Take Google translate as you will need it as their English is limited so we used translate alot which was great. Parking was easy. Staff were so friendly, Pools are lovely. Very cold but that could be the time of year.

It was silent, in the nature and peaceful. The employee Roberta was so nice person. She was super helpful, friendly and always smiling :) She doesn’t know English but she did her best to help us about everything. She used translator to communicate with us and put so much effort, she was lovely. She suggested really good restaurants and booked them for us. It was really nice to meet her beside our stay :) And their focaccia was the best! All the foods were high quality, we really liked the breakfast and the deserts.

Views were great and location was excellent. It was very helpful to have a restaurant on site as we were away from a town. Roberta was wonderful and very helpful when asked for things that was supposed to be in our room. Nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful place with two swimming pools although it was a bit too chilly to use them. Loved having breakfast in the conservatory and the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was spotless and was cleaned every day

NetherlandsThe Italian breakfast has a big variety of cakes and sweets (those were definitely tasty, fresh and homemade). Although we like to follow the customs of the countries we visit, a little more internationally orientated breakfast would probably fit the influx of international tourism even better.
The hospitality was good... Staff was helpful and kind. They did a really good job. Room and property were clean. The swimming pools fit and were nicely positioned. The surroundings were beautiful, with views on the valley. The rooms were perfectly divided all over the property. To be honest, may stay was better than expected (expectations were based on the reviews). We definitely look back a wonderful stay.

There were umbrellas missing at the pool. its soo beautiful , but not possible to lie there the majority of the time , as its just in the sun.

EcuadorPoor wifi , wrong policies about the pool close hour (close at 17:30 ha when the sun is still up). The room didn’t have adequate elements on the bathroom ( no separation on the shower area, soap and towels no room to place it. The refrigerator didn’t cool enough.
