We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaShower water mixer faulty for many months it would seem, so hot water suddenly became cold in the midst of a shower...and vice versa which was worse. AC was not very efficient and had to be modulated from the reception. Unlike a 4 star hotel staff were not sufficient round the clock on maintenance matters like AC....
Excellent location just opposite the train station and bus stop, and 50 mtrs from the airport shuttle stop. Small room...but clean and composite

BrazilThe room smells like old house lady, probably due to the carpet, typical American style. Not many options of restaurants around.
Located right in front of the bus station that you take the bus to Venice. The bedroom was very comfortable and large, even the bathroom was big (rare to see this in Italy). Staff was very welcoming, helped us with all our concerns. Breakfast was amazing, from salad to pancakes.

The hotel was okay, we were greeted by amazing reception staff. The double room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in but the location was a winner, very convenient. The parking is convenient and not too expensive. I would recommend for a short stay but wouldn’t spend longer than 2 nights.

IranIt was relatively expensive regarding to the price of hotels in other cities in Italy or even in Paris. Same room in Roma, Florence or Paris was almost in half price of this hotel.
The staff were amazing. they were helpful and did their best. The location was excellent, very close to the train station which was the best part.

JapanThe air conditioning in the room did't work very well. During our stay in Venice, it was extremely hot with the temperature outside reaching 37 degrees.
The breakfast buffet was bery plentiful with various kinds of breads, tomatoes, eggs etc. This hotel lies very near the station.

Czech RepublicThe breakfast room is relatively small, so in the morning it can get really crowded and it may take a while before you find a place where to sit.
As Venice is not easy to reach by car, this hotel really has the best location. It is right opposite the train station, from which within about 15 minutes you get to Venice. The rooms are very comfortable, and they have air-conditioning which was very welcome as it was very hot in Venice. Breakfast is very nice with a lot to choose from. Wifi worked really well. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has a parking option very nearby.
