The air inside the apartment was a bit humid. Clothes did not dry easily. Air conditioner could solve the issue? There could also be more lights on the couch side of the living room.

It was perfectly clean, well furnished, very charming, cosy and calm. Staff was super friendly, they told us about good restaurants and helped us with reservations. Apartments were spacious enough to fit 11 person in 3 apartments.

Location, location, location. Torno is absolutely amazing and the apartment is located right in the heart of everything -close to the water and the ferries to the other small towns.

Apartment was a little cramped for 5 guests and while we had cold air fans, this could benefit from air con installed. This didn’t bother us much as temperature was only mid 20’s so very pleasant.

fantastic location very with excellent options for transport to Como. Apartment was nice and clean, but cramped for 5 guests. Lucas met us when we arrived and he gave some great tips of what to and how to get about.

The photos of the property showed a terrace / balcony which looked really idyllic to have your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. However, when we arrived the property didn’t have any balcony of any kind! No toaster or kettle, just a hob & microwave. Also, no fault of the property but good for others to know.. the supermarket has very limited stock & limited opening hours including being closed on a Sunday which caused us real issues as we had no supplies & had 2 children to feed!

Location was good, very modern apartment. my children loved Netflix after a long day sightseeing.

The location was great, very convenient, steps from two great restaurants, snack bar, coffee shop, and the ferry stop. The apartment was just as described, it was spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed. Recommended for families.

very suffocated apartment. there was no fan or air conditioned, but later they provided a small one, which wasn’t very effective. bed linens were not so clean

The two locations I stayed varied vastly in quality yet I paid the higher price due to internet being down in the apartment I reserved. So I paid the full price for a nice apartment but stayed in a basement apartment for two nights so I could have Wi-Fi. The management were slow to respond and pretended they could not speak English when I complained. They took 12 hours to reply. Completely void of any hospitality giving the impression this company cannot afford even the smallest of kindnesses. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the apartment, salt or pepper... Nothing. No kitchen linen. No ventilation not even a fan and the place smelled very stale. My nose was stuffy all night trying to breathe. Only upon making a big complaint did they reimburse me 20 EUR. I just gave up trying to explain and let it go. I see in Google ratings they have 2.7 stars. This makes sense. Perhaps major financial trouble? Only rent from these guys if you are desperate but bring your own water and salt :)
