This wasn’t a massive deal breaker as there was an alternative, however the shower had very low water pressure which made it difficult to wash. There was however a shower head over the bath so it was okay.

The hotel was amazing it was better than what we expected. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the facilities were amazing. Public transport was very easy and cheap to the city as the hotel is located 30-45 minutes out of the city centre. The rooms were very big and the bed was comfy. Amazing stay!!

- Very poor WiFi connection in certain areas of the room. - The shower only has a transparent door leading to limited privacy. Closing it makes a very loud unpleasant dragging noise.

I can not fault this amazing hotel on a single thing. They were very accommodating and helpful starting from our booking, through our arrival and right until the end. A special mention to the wonderful receptionist Valentina who was extremely helpful and informative about all questions we had. The breakfast in the morning really got us going for the day. All the staff were excellent and friendly.

I cannot think of anythink that I didn't like.

Staff were very friendly and indulgent with my use of Italian. Breakfast buffets were great. While the location is a bit out of town, it was very conveniently located next to a bus stop that took us right into downtown. Also, there were a number of very good restaturants for dinner within walking distance.

Noisy neighbour

The hotel is modern and clean. In walking distance to the number 12 tram which takes you into Milan town centre, it takes about 25 mins or you can get the bus from outside the hotel. Lovely breakfast selection.

The location of the hotel is not the best. The area is a little confronting with lots of graffiti and run down properties and this can give a sense of being unsafe. However, with advice from the hotel staff these issues were managed.

Staff were extremely helpful on arrival, giving advice about local restaurants since the hotel itself didn't have one. They also advised on transport options into the city proper. The car park was secure.

Room was not ready for 2pm and advised to wait an hour. There was the option to get changed and leave our luggage which we did, but the room not being ready altered our plans for the first day which wasn’t ideal for our trip.

The hydropower shower suite could have been built better to prevent excess water leaking into the main room ( their should be a way to keep all the water within the area of the shower if shower is done )

Really big room and all modern facilities. Staff were really friendly and helpful re: all the questions we had. A little bit out of the centre but it is very easy to travel back and forth through the tram or the bus. Breakfast in the morning was really nice.
