I would go for the perfect score but there was no hot water in the morning and when I pointed that out to the receptionist during check-out I didnt even get single sorry or explanation. That leaves a bit of a sour taste in your mouth on otherwise good stay.

Self check-in was pretty great and smooth. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. Price was also very good.

If your room is on the ground floor (like ours), you will hear a doorbell ringing, both very early in the morning and late at night

New hotel in a very nice position for those who travel by car as there are plenty of parking places in the nearby streets

Parking can be a problem due to the location in the city center.

Nice and clean room with a modern interior which is not easy to find on on Sardinia among these antiq and ugly furnished overpriced places. Very good value for the price. We arrived in the evening. Didn’t see any employee there. But everything was already prepared. The keys with our name was at the reception desk for us with a note. The aircon was on and the room nice and cool.

It would be much better if there was one big mattress rather than two small mattresses. They fall apart and make a space between them in the middle of the bed, what makes it less comfortable.

I am delighted with the room. There are some small details which could be better but not worthy mentioning. It centrally located but is very quite, the room has a good air conditioner and a nice balcony. I felt safe and comfortable. The bed, mattress and pillows are good.

The room smelled of cigarettes when I got in there. Not sure if it came from someone before me smoking inside or whether some smoke came in via the ventilation system, but it was noticeable.

Great location. All of the common areas and the room itself was very clean and tidy, just like in the pictures. Very comfortable bed. Overall good value for money.

I picked and paid a little extra for a queen bed instead of a regular double size. I was quite disappointed to find 2 mattresses. bed nets also not super comfy

We are sorry to say as everything was so good but there was a pit smell in the bathroom that would not go away and was very overwhelming when opening the bathroom door. Fix this and it is the perfect place to stay

It’s a great all new facility with large rooms with some funny touches like free candy and outside patio. It’s also around the corner of the city center and all shops and restaurants. Be aware of the strict siesta hours in Oristano though.

Access to the top floor is narrow and difficult/dangerous with our large case. our toilet seat was broken and our shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, neither of which were fixed while we were there. we requested extra towels but why weren’t provided in our room. 301 is small and more suitable for a lone traveller rather than a couple
