Noisy neighbours early in the morning 5,30 am washing and using hair dryer with open doors...shouting and beating with doors....but only our last day and if you catch such people, you can't do anything :/

We loved this place! Like home with beautiful view to Vatican, nice people, easy access with application, safe area (a bit noisy because of trains and traffic, but you are in town :) Downstairs was an express shop opened for food and basic things and for breakfast near bar with delicious yummy food and coffee! I think I could stay here longer time for sure :) Thank you!

Including the doors of the lift. You need to open seven doors to go inside the apartment. Our neighbor smoked on her balcony and we have to smoke second hand cigarette when we were staying at the balcony. The price is too high compared to how we experienced.

The location is very well, only three minutes away from the metro station. You can see great view of the church from the balcony.

It is mandatory to have 4G connection to check-in and since this was the first place from our transcontinental trip we didn’t have mobile connection yet and it was quite difficult to check-in

There were some plumbing and water temperature problems, however they were quickly resolved.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this cozy shared apartment. The room and common areas are tastefully furnished and spotless. I loved having my morning coffee in the communal kitchen before heading out for sightseeing. The location is fantastic, and you can't beat the views of St. Peter. I'm unsure why some reviews mentioned confusion about it being a hotel; the description is clear. I appreciated the convenience of self-check-in using a mobile app. The staff is friendly and always available to address any questions or issues. I would definitely recommend it.

The property is spacious, clean and has well maintained amenities. The guest house was also located very close to the Vatican with a nice view of the St. Peter’s Basilica from the balcony. The hosts were extremely helpful and supportive about all our queries.

The kitchen is very well equiped, however, you are not allowed to use the oven or stove to cook anything which was a shame as you are renting also the common space with a giantic kitchen. When we arrived, we noticed four other rooms/doors and felt disappointed that the space wasn't exclusively for us. While we rented a room, I had hoped for more privacy and a different layout. A few days later, another group mistakenly thought we were the owners and asked for help, only to realize that they also rented part of the place. It's nice alone, but noisy with other guests. Also there is a room cleaning service which we did not know about and when the lady knocked the door we did not really understand what she needs. It would be good to know beforehand. Besides that, nothing else to mention.

Staff extremly friendly and helpful, we got all necessary information in advance via whatsapp/booking, great location close to all historical sights + bus stops/metro, supermarket just below the apartment (Carrefour), shopping center 20min walking, beautiful view from the balcony, spotless clean bathroom, very spacious, we were traveling in 4 but you still get privacy as the rooms are separated by glass door, lovely decoration, in the entrance hall you get many tips to visit incredible places in Rome, so you don´t need to spend time searching for the top/budget ones. Kitchen well equipped with big fridge, coffee machine and variety of coffee capsules, plates, cups etc.

The place is a bit far from the center of Rome but we knew that in advance and could prepare and find alternatives.
