Everything. The location, serene and peaceful. Alice was the absolute best host. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Supplied lovely coffee, special treats in the morning, drinks in the fridge…. It was perfect.

Everything was exceptional. Alice, the host, met us upon arrival and even had a stocked fridge and cupboard for us! The wine and pastries were amazing. She had restaurant recommendations when we asked, and went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and a home away from home. Once we were settled, she left us to it. Honestly, one of the best places I've ever stayed in. The terrace and location get a special mention. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, and more. Perfect. We hope to get back someday... the accommodation was a destination of it's own.

Alice's apartment made our first visit to Venice just perfect! It was beautiful, couldn't fault a thing. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable, immaculately clean, with the most friendly and generous welcome we've ever experienced. Amazing views sat out on the terrace over the Grand Canal, we would not hesitate to recommend Terrazza Momon to anyone, and we'd most certainly stay again if we were to visit Venice in the future. Everything was fine. Alice was very helpful and immediately responsive to all questions that were asked.

The apartment was very well presented, right on the Grand Canal and it is in an extremely convenient location coming either from the airport or the train station.

Location perfect. Apartment is on the Grand Canal, with a large private terrace overlooking the canal. It is an easy walk to major attractions including St Marks's Square and the Rialto, and it is a 5 minute walk to a Vaporetto stop. There are many good restaurants very close, as well as an excellent supermarket. Alice is wonderful - met us and took us to the apartment, which was well stocked with wine, beers, milk and snacks. She was always available with helpful advice, and made us feel completely at home. Nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect location and very comfortable. Plenty of room, beautifully decorated and having the patio along the Grand Canal was amazing! The host was wonderful! We had a very late flight and Alice pre-stocked the kitchen and fridge with the essentials so that our first morning we could just relax and enjoy the view.

Our host Alice was amazing! She agreed for an early check-in and met us to show us the place. The apartment is beautiful and feels like home straight away. The location to visit Venice is perfect as well. Our host also organize drinks, food and local pastries for our arrival! Anyone looking for a real Venizian experience should stay at Terrazza Momon

I have travelled and stayed in many beautiful places. However, Terazza Momon has exceeded all other visits. Alice is wonderful. The properties location is beyond words. Stunning doesn't even come close. Long - story short. If you are thinking of staying at Terazza Momon. Do not hesitate for one second. You will absolutely love it !! Thank you again Alice

The place was immaculate and spacious. Alice, the Host was wonderful. I cant say enough nice things about her. She was very easy to work with. She met us at a nearby bridge and showed us all around the beautiful apartment. She was extremely friendly and always available and eager to help if needed. She even left us a bottle of wine and a few beers in the fridge along with some coffee, juice and pastries for breakfast! There is a terrace directly on the Grand Canal Where my wife and I would share a bottle of wine each night. This place is fantastic! Book it! You won't regret it. We will be going back!

Everything! The location was perfect for easy arrival/departure & access to all that Venice has to offer. The terrace right on the Grand Canal was priceless & the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable & fully equipped. In addition, our host was lovely, helpful & generous with goodies in the fridge & pantry. Even with staying on the busy Grand Canal, the bedroom (we only used one of the bedrooms) was perfectly quiet at night since it faces a courtyard.

Alice's warm welcome to her beautiful apartment was lovely. The apartment was stunning and we really enjoyed the terrace on the Grand Canal. The thoughtful extras provided were amazing from the well stocked fridge to lovely toiletries. We will be back hopefully!

Host met me at the train station, helped with bags on short walk to the apartment. FABULOUS welcome and service, it was outstanding. Everything was wonderful, spacious, luxurious, comfortable. Great host made me feel so much at home, brought me cakes and treats mid-stay! Beautiful property, my very fave. place on my Italy tour. Luxurious toiletries, am now officially an Ortigia fan! Terrace was outstanding, sitting there in evening when canal was quiet was a magical experience. Can't wait to be back, say hi to Noveno (the very good dog upstairs) :-) thanks!! Christine

Excellent location and very nice property. The host is very kind and helpful. There are lots of shops and markets nearby for your daily needs. The terrace on Canal Grande, where you can have lunch or just relax, is a jewel.

This apartment is spectacular and had everything we could have asked for and more. Spacious, beautiful terrace overlooking the Grand Canal, very comfortable beds, everything catered for with 2 bathrooms. The level of thought and detail Alice has put in makes this the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in.

Our stay in Terrazza Momon was absolutely perfect. Alice was a such a welcoming and helpful host, waiting for us to hand us the keys and explaining everything to us, even giving us great recommendations for restaurants and everything we needed to know. We were kindly greeted with some sweet delicacies that made our arrival very pleasant. The apartment is furnished and decorated with so much love to the detail and extremely clean, so that we immediately felt very comfortable. The bedroom is nice and quiet and has a really comfortable bed, so we had an amazing sleep. The apartment is placed in the perfect location as everything is within walking distance. The absolute highlight is the marvelous terrace facing the Grand Canal and it's perfect to enjoy breakfast in the sun or a glass of wine at sunset with a wonderful view. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.
