The shower was too small. 1 square meter. Also their soap sachets were hard to open. And when you managed to open them the half of the liquid was poured out... One night there wasn't hot water, Fortunately the receptionist switched on the heater... Also there wasn't a glass to put the toothbrush in...

The surrounding areas are not clean and it’s a little bit noisy but the room is clean, the bed could be more comfortable

If I had paid full price for this room I would have expected something a bit nicer.

Hotel Termini provides a clean, no frills room close to Roma Termini which is just what I needed to catch an early train to the airport. At the 60% price I got I was satisfied with the room. The staff are also helpful and available it seems at all hours which is convenient.

But the neighborhood has security issue. And there was a bad smell at the entrance of the building, it was cleaned after the first 2 days.

Problems with hot water and bad wifi in the top floor

Nice helpful staff, nice bathroom, clean. Possibility of leaving the luggage for the check-in/check-out day. Very close to the train station. Practical choice

We were not given the room which we had booked and were accommodated on 6th floor instead of hotel termini which was on the third floor. The sixth floor passages did not look like renovations were complete. ie: painting equipment everywhere.

Very close to rome termini station. Maybe a 2 minute walk. Heaps of eateries in the vicinity. Room was comfortable but very basic.

The pillows are very flat. Very unsafe area during the night. We used Freenow at night and early morning.

The staff were very nice. The room was cleaned daily. There was an air conditioner. Nice area during the day. It is walking distance to the roman forum.

House with small hotels on several floors, stair case not that clean, a bit run down. Very noisy towards the neighboring rooms. But ok for our one night stay.

Chose it because of location close to Roma Termini (had a very early morning flight to catch). Not my favourite location in Rome but for this optimally convenient.

Unfortunately, i had some problems with the lock ofy door. It didn’t lock correctly, also when i got there they told me that they changed the room i have chosen.

The room was so clean also the staff were so friendly and also very polite. These things were the one that made the stay comfortable.

The noise due to the traffic outside.

The accommodation is basic , but functional and very clean. The only downside was the noise as you can hear the traffic. The staff at the hotel were exceptional and very helpful. The hotel is very close to Termini Rail station.

Tiny room, traffic noise from outside during the night was really loud. No coffee or tea making facilities.

The shower, too small. Not very comfortable mattress and pillows. Safe box did not work and was not repaired. No automatic doors in lift so if people leave it opennit doesn’t work.

Arrived 16.00 and check in couldn't be done because computer was not working had to wait an hour. We had to attend to a football match and due to delay, excessive traffic we arrived stressed just in time to be in the stadium Olimpico just 10 minutes before kick off. would have prefered a breakfast which I would have paid for.
