I loved everything about this absolutely charming B&B! Our hosts were absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. So welcoming when we arrived and throughout our stay. The B&B was really beautiful. A lovely and modern home with very comfortable, spacious rooms and amenities. The home had two resident dogs who were so gentle and affectionate. There was beautiful artwork throughout this truly lovely home and it was located in a very central area in Milan, near the subway and train station. The breakfast that was served was beyond sumptuous. If felt like you were staying with a family that you knew. It was warm and welcoming and it was a delightful experience.

Room on second floor and no lift so could be tricky if travellers had heavy cases.

Flavia was a fantastic host. We only had one night in Milan with an early flight leaving before breakfast the next day. We were able to leave our bags and check in early, offered a lovely drink and Italian snack on arrival and then provided with a take away breakfast the next day. The property is located in a very nice area and we walked all the way to the canal district. Flavia gave us good travel tips and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would have loved to stay longer.

Exceptional service - friendly and professional. Our room was ready when we arrived to drop off the luggage, so we were kindly offered an early check-in. Greatly appreciated! We had an early flight, so could not have the breakfast, but Mrs Teodora gave us a bag full of delicious food to take with us. She also booked us a taxi to the airport and made sure, that this taxi arrived on time. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, A/C worked well. We highly recommend Teodora B&B.

It is only a little thing, and overall breakfast was very nice but the choice of serving what appeared to be white bread toast surprised us in a country where delicious fresh bread and rolls are the norm.

Lovely family run small B&B. The location is close to the station, metro, and trams. Wonderful local restaurants close by recommended by the owners.

This is a must stay!!! Everything here was excellent!!! The family owners went way above and beyond and they truly care about each guest. Beautiful location. Breakfast was homemade and truly magnificent.

The bed and breakfast is close to the central train and metro. Hosts are wonderful and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable and had a nice balcony. The breakfast was amazing!

Very close to the station , we had a quiet room overlooking the garden with a balcony.Restaurants and bars nearby . The family made us very welcome and the breakfast was superb, in a beautiful dining room. We would definitely return, next time for longer.

Lovely B&B close to Milan station, so ideal for us, as we had an early train to catch. The lovely host packed up a delicious breakfast for us to take with us, as we had to leave so early.

Room was clean, comfortable and serviced daily. Breakfast was amazing, Teodora and her husband make the best coffee in Milan. Excellent communication on booking with Flavia. Regio and Mocha the most gorgeous pups. Felt like part of the family but still with privacy

Two more pillows on the bed would have made things a bit comfier, but otherwise everything felt great.

Teodora was beautiful, comfortable, and cozy! I felt well taken care of during our stay, the breakfast (served overlooking a serene garden) was truly exceptional, and the sweet dogs were an added bonus.

Nice spacious room with comfy bed and great AC (important since it was ~90F when we were there in mid-July), good location for easily getting to Centrale station + other metro stops. Family that runs the B&B is very sweet and responsive, loved saying hello to their 2 friendly dogs whenever we came/went, and it was a great way to start our days eating homemade breakfast at the sweet little garden on the property. Overall had a great stay and def recommend :)
